Get to know him a bit

After he finished unpacking, he then went back to the living room and sat down on the couch. He wanted the both of you to get to know each other more.

You sit beside him on the couch. "So uhm, why do you goblins put yourselves up to be mail-order spouses?" you ask.

His face scrunches up. "Well, we don't exactly have it easy when we are born. It is not guaranteed that we will all get a happy life. But then we saw that you humans aren't always getting that either. So we put this service together where we become husbands or wives to whoever needs them. We train to be perfect spouses and make our partners happy. That's how it works."

You furrow your brows. "But isn't it kinda weird to marry someone you've never met before?"

"Well sure, but we goblins can adapt to anything and are not very picky with our partners."

You chuckle. "That sounds like a good quality to have."

"Of course! Now that that's settled, let us get to know each other better!" he exclaims.

You agree and start asking questions about him. You learn about his likes and dislikes, interests, favorite foods, hobbies, and even his pet peeves. He also tells you he's open to several sexual activities and wants to try everything with you. You seem surprised by this but agree anyway.
