Use the clock on his mom

Note said that the clock required a line of sight. As Josh didn't really want to leave his room yet, he decided to try it on someone in the house.

He walked downstairs and saw the bathroom door fully opened. He could see his mom inside, folding the laundry - perfect. Josh raised his hand and pointed at his mother, and pressed the button.

For a moment, there was only darkness. THEN BAM! Instead of standing in the hallway, he was now in the bathroom, hanging out laundry to dry. First thing that he felt was the intense feeling of tightness in his body. The second was a gentle breeze blowing between his legs.

He slowly looked down and saw what he was now wearing his mom’s white sweater, his chest hairy poking through the low neckline. Looking past that, he could see his thick and hairy legs sticking out the bottom. He turned his head to the bathroom mirror to get a better look. He expected to see himself dressed in ill-fitting lady clothes, but instead he saw a reflection of his mother and was shocked by what he saw because he was his mom’s reflection in the mirror, perfectly mimicking his movements. He moved his hands to his flat chest and saw the mirror image of mom moving her hands to her large breasts. He slightly pulled up his sweater, exposing his skinny stomach - and mirror mom pulled up her clothes too, showing off her chubby midriff. It seemed that the magical change was not physical, instead appearing to be a form of disguise. But if if he is in his moms place, would that mean-

"Mom, what are you doing?"

A voice rang just behind the young man. Josh slowly turned around, and stood face to face with his mother.

Instead of her usual outfit, the mature woman was wearing the sleepwear Josh was wearing just a minute ago. Her curvy, shapely figure looked ridiculous clad in just boxers and a graphic tee, both clearly in the wrong size. She was without a bra too, so her large unsupported breasts hang low and free, visible below the tented shirt.

"Mom? Do you hear me? Is everything alright?" She spoke - Josh could swear her voice sounded different, accenting the wrong words. But that's for later, now he has to say something, he's been staring at her for a minute now.

"Y-yeah m-Josh-Joshie '' he said, trying to imitate his mothers cadence. "I was just checking myself in the mirror because, y’know. Girl stuff". Mom rolled her eyes in a typical teenager fashion. "Girl stuff? Geez mom, do that behind closed doors next time." With that she turned around in the hallway and walked to the kitchen. Josh couldn't believe what was happening. The wristwatch allowed him to be fully perceived as another person - assuming their "role" in the world - while still retaining his physical form! You could do so much with an ability like that! But Josh was hesitant. On one hand he wanted to be safe, to figure out exactly how this role swap worked and what it entailed. On the other hand, he was supposedly now fully perceived as an older woman which he could use to have so much fun! Decisions, decisions…
