Its no wonder really that these so-called "Spineless Ones" are considered among The Most Malevolent of Species in The Apex Universe.

Of course, The Most Malevolent of these rancid, foul-smelling and morbidly obese creatures is a tyrannical and unpredictable being known as Mojo. Those who know him hate him and those that don't will learn. He is a being so cruel and sadistic that even among his own people he is considered an irredeemable monster but because of these qualities and owing to a power that he was born with which thankfully none of any of the other members of his race seem to have he has taken over his home dimension, christening it The "Mojoverse" and renaming his planet "Mojoworld." That's right Ladies and Gentlemen, The only things bigger than his Ego is his insatiable appetite for sex, food, and ****.

While he may sound like your Run-of-The-Mill Power-Mad Despot or Insane Psychopath, The truth is that Mojo is so much worse. He has managed to harness the insanity-inducing waves of energy ("Television Signals") that permeate and pollute The Space/Time Continuum of his Home Dimension and transformed them into a source of unimaginable power through his ability combined with his World's technology which he uses to control the populations of millions of inhabited Worlds and to influence hundreds of thousands more across numerous Dimensions.

Mojo remade his World in his own twisted image, creating a power structure that resembles some perverse cross-pollination between Ancient Rome's Gladiatorial Colosseum and Earth's Television Industry. I mean just imagine a nigh-omnipotent being with no conscience, no remorse and the ruthless take no prisoners mentality of a television executive. It kinda gives you chills doesn't it?

I could go on but I think you get the point so we'll move on.

Mojo stood in the center of the gigantic Colosseum that served as his stage surrounded by floating isomorphic screens that he could manipulate with a touch, his putrid, foul-smelling and slimy yellow skin glistening disgustingly under the overhead lights as the spider-like cybernetic platform that replaced the lower half of his bloated body moved him around on the stage as an unseen announcer introduced him to the cheering masses and he prepared to address his audience.

"Ladies and Gentlemen! Genderless and Transgender Viewers! You Know Him and You Love Him..."

The crowd in the packed Colosseum rose as one to their feet or tentacles or whatever the assembled masses used for locomotion and screamed their thanks and shouted encouragement.

"... or Else...," The Announcer continued under his breath before assuming a more normal and jovial tone., "... It Is My Pleasure To Present To You... The Vile... The Despicable... and The Undeniably Handsome. MOooooooooJo!"

The 20 foot tall spineless abomination was enjoying the attention and adulation of the crowd as he stepped up on to the raised platform in the center of the stage and the overhead lights focused on him, causing his putrid yellow skin to almost glow. Mojo could barely contain his excitement as he wrung his hands like some Bond villain getting ready to reveal his master plan to the captured hero.

"Welcome Welcome to MTN, That's The Mojo Television Network for those of you in your Home Dimensions who are tuning in for the first time or maybe you're from some sludge infested backwater planet in the asshole of the universe and you've just now managed to crawl out from under the slime encrusted rock you were born under. Hey, A Viewer is a Viewer and we're glad to have you.," Mojo spoke in a congested, nasally voice., "I am your host The Handsome... The Charismatic... The Lovable... MOJO!"

Mojo paused briefly to bask in the cheers and applause before continuing., "The Apex of Control just wrapped up it's First Season and not only is it The Hottest and Most Popular Television Program across 140 Galaxies and twice as many Dimensions but this Show has it all... Sex... ****... Intrigue... and let's be honest The Hero played by The Talented and Handsome Aaron Eric Cross is Hot as Hell. You Ladies in The Audience both in The Studio and at Home know what I'm talking about... Am I Right or Am I Right?!"

Every seat in the Colosseum was packed with Millions of screaming fans.
