Make up an excuse

"I-I have a doctor's appointment," you blurt out. "Just a routine checkup, nothing to worry about". That seems to satisfy Eric as he shrugs and returns to his phone as you head out.

It's not a long bus ride to the center, but it feels like hours. You get off at your stop and stare up at the imposing concrete building. Steeling yourself, you head inside.

At the counter, a friendly receptionist greets you. "Welcome to Nanotek R&D! How can I help you?" Your voice cracks as you nervously reply. "I'm here for the implant testing program?" Pulling out your phone, you show the email. "Ah, right this way!" The receptionist stands up and guides you through a hallway to an elevator. Turning back to you, they say "Take this elevator to the basement floor and follow the signs." Another smile, and they head back to the desk. You swallow and head down.

It doesn't take long to find the waiting room, and you are led through more sets of doors until you reach something that looks like an examination room at a doctor's office. You are instructed to strip down and dressed in a hospital gown, before being handed some documents to read and sign. You skim through them, but don't see anything you weren't prepared for, so readily sign. After a short wait, a woman walks in wearing a lab coat. "Ah, you must be Alex. Are you ready to begin?"

"I suppose so. What do you need me to do?"

"Well if you've read and signed all the documentation, please sit in the chair and we can get started." She gestures to a chair with stirrups for your legs. You hesitantly climb in, and notice that she straps your legs down. "The process can be a little... ticklish for some people. The straps help prevent spasms from interfering." This eases your concerns.

She starts by pulling up your gown and you shiver as the cool air hits your skin. You blush as this stranger looks at your most intimate parts. She frowns for a quick second. "Sorry, I'll need to get our cosmetologist in to remove your pubic hair. Is that okay?" You nod consent, and she steps out briefly before coming back in with another woman who waxes your crotch. The process doesn't take long, and your newly hairless crotch makes you feel even more naked. Afterwards, the doctor applies something she explains is a numbing cream before retrieving a metal container from a cupboard. She pulls out a tube from the case and explains, "The nanobots can be implanted through this paste. The numbing cream will help them bond with your cells. Once this has been done, they'll be permanently attached to you." Permanent? You kinda remember reading that in the documents, but it hadn't really hit you. The doctor doesn't give you much time to consider it as she opens the tube and starts spreading a thick layer of paste around your penis and balls, spending extra time on the head of your dick. After a short wait, your nether region starts to tingle as you feel the cream working its way into your skin. The tingle feeling grows stronger and stronger, almost like an itch until all of a sudden it's over.
