Trevor follows you outside, you keep walking quickly to get away from him, but after a few minutes you have to admit you have no place to walk away from him too.

"Poliwag, spray that tree!" you order and watch with glee as Poliwag fires a powerful jet of water into the upper branches of a distant tree and knocks a Pidgey you didn't even know was there clean out of the tree. Trevor doesn't seem to share your excitement as he watches you recall his old friend and place it's Pokéball back on your hip. "Hey thanks Trevor, I guess it my own fault for not explaining things to Poliwag before I just threw him into a battle." You say as you regain hope that Poliwag can still be of use to you.

"Ya, I'm really glad you want to keep him now, it would have broke my heart to know my Poliwag was just trapped in his ball somewhere." Trevor says, but he still looks sad as he watches you walking away with his companion on your hip.
