Driving to campus

“I’m gonna get ready,” I announce as I get up to return to my room, leaving Cass with Jen and Kim in the living room. I head back to my room to get properly dressed, throwing on jeans and a blue polo shirt before grabbing my car keys and heading back to the living room area. When I return I notice the absence Jen, who has presumably returned to her room, as I see Cass and Kim sitting closely and talking amongst themselves.

“Cass you ready?” I ask out loud as she kind of jumps at my call out.

“Y-yeah let’s go,” she stammers as she gets up. We wave goodbye to Kim as we exit through the front door, locking it behind us as Cass walks closely behind me when we walk to the car. I hop in the driver’s seat and Cass in the passenger’s.

“So what do you have in mind?” I ask, “just park by the campus and walk around? I’m sure it won’t be long behind we find something we can have fun with.”

“Yeah that sounds great Ken,” Cass responded somewhat sheepishly. Usually she’s ecstatic when we go on possession outings like this but for some reason today she’s seeming a bit reserved.

“You feeling alright Cass? You love going out like this,” I ask her as I fire up the engine.

“I’m fine,” she says quickly perking up, “and I’m definitely excited. Just a bit tired. Sleeping in a new place and all.”

“Hmm… makes sense I guess. We were up awful late last night having our fun too.” I smile as I get us on the road. We enjoyed some chat during the car ride although Cass seemed oddly distant for the duration of it. I found a cheap parking spot at a lot a couple minutes walk from the main campus area and parked the car.

We both got out of the car as Cass sort of clinged to my arm as we walked. It wasn’t out of character as she does do it occasionally so I didn’t pay it much mind. “So,” I begin, “do you want to find someone first? I’m sure there’s a great variety of people walking about.” I decided I’d try to hype you up by letting you possess someone first.”

“Find someone for what?” Cass responded blankly as we stopped walking. I returned a blank stare before responding.

“Umm… we came here to have our fun didn’t we? We’ve done this a hundred times before.”

“Our fun?” She responded with a confused expression, “I thought we were gonna tour the campus together?”

“Cass that was just a cover,” I responded dumbfounded, “you definitely caught what I was trying to say at the table. We’re gonna have some fun possessing some people.” I finally spell it out as her face goes white.

“Wait what?”

We stare at each other in silence for a little bit before Cass sighs and let’s out an embarrassed giggle.

“Well this is awkward isn’t it,” she says rubbing the back of her neck, “I thought we were unique.” To my complete surprise, Jen leaps out of Cass’ body as she stumbles forwards into my arms.
