Take the bus

Joe made his way to the bus stop, a little relieved that there wasn't anyone present when he got there. It took about 5 minutes for the bus to show up, and when it finally did he climbed on.

It was a bit early for the morning work rush to have been catching the bus yet, so there was a fair amount of seating. He spotted some kids from his school, the uniforms a dead giveaway. A few girls and a couple of guys. Not too popular or noteworthy, more or less like him. Sitting near them should be safe enough if he wanted to stay as he was, he supposed.

There were a couple of women in scrubs. Doctors or nurses, he wasn't sure which. Could he skim some of their medical knowledge? That could be useful.

There were a couple of business men up front as well. No telling what he'd get from them.
