Joyce eyed her daughter for several seconds before letting out a sigh. "You know, I want to say that that was the biggest load of malarkey I have ever heard in my life."

The girls began to grow nervous.

"However," Joyce continued, "given that it's you four girls, I can't help but feel that that may have been the most realistic outcome."

The girls did everything in their power to hide their relief.

"We'll talk about this later, Chloe." Joyce said to her daughter as she got up from the table. "Right now though, I have to call David to collect your things and get them cleaned before I get ready for work. Please try to stay out of trouble for the foreseeable future."

And with that, Joyce stepped out of the kitchen and headed up stairs, leaving the four girls alone as they faced one another and simultaneously let out a sigh of relief.

"I can't believe that actually worked." Rachel said, a slight chuckle in her voice.

"Me either." Chloe admitted, "I could've sworn we were toast and Max had to jump back and save our asses again."

"Please don't joke about that." Victoria whimpered as she wrapped an arm around Max tightly. "I don't want to go back to being a bitch to the best thing that has ever happened to me."

"Wow." Rachel said with a laugh, shaking her head as the four got up from the table. "You really aren't the Victoria we used to know."

The four laughed at that as they left the kitchen and hung out in the living room. Max was sandwiched between Chloe and Victoria, while Rachel sat on the opposite side of the blue haired girl. After an hour, Joyce had left for work (reminding Chloe that the mother and daughter were still going to talk about the night before), leaving the four alone.

"You know, Max," Victoria whispered, "we may have just banged each others brains out several times last night, but I still would like to go on a proper date. How does later tonight sound?"

Max nearly fell out of her seat. Did Victoria really just ask her out?!

"Great! Where we going?" Chloe asked.

"Actually, I was talking about just me and Max." Victoria said. At seeing the look on Chloe's face, the blonde let out a groan. "Look, Price. You and Rachel get to go on dates with her all the time. And, while we all slept together last night, I'm Max's girlfriend; not your's."

"You both have a point." Rachel said, getting the attention of both the blue haired girl and the blonde. "We're all Max's girlfriends, but we've been with Max a lot longer than Victoria has. Plus, it seems that, while an animal in bed, Vicky's a one-gal girl. I don't see the harm."

"Can't we at least make it a double date?" Chloe asked.

"I'm not having my first date with Max be a double date." Victoria firmly stated. "Maybe the second or third date, but not the first."

"Why don't we let Max decide?" Rachel asked, turning to the shorter girl. "Max, do you want this to be a double date? Or do you want to spend this night alone with Victoria?"
