Power Zap

"Now that all that is out of the way..." Goddess of Shadow said as she pointed her staff at the naked heroine. "As I was saying before, 'This may sting a little... Too much'."

With that said, a dark purple lightning bolt shot out of Goddess' staff, striking Kumiko as the heroine shrieked in pain. As she fell to her knees, Kumiko could feel the magic within her being siphoned away, though surprisingly, she herself only felt a sharp pain for several seconds before it was all over. Kumiko groaned as she fell onto her butt, looking up to see Goddess of Shadow stare into the jeweled tip before the same bolt of lightning strike her.

"Yes." The shadow woman cackled as she felt Kumiko's power flowing through her. "Yes! The power! The power! I can feel it running through my veins!"

"You've got what you wanted!" Kumiko spat as Goddess' laughter slowed down to a stop. "You have my powers! If you're going to destroy me, then just get it over with!"

"Destroy you?" Goddess of Shadow said with a chuckle, "My dear, sweet Kumiko. The end goal was never to destroy you."

"What?" Kumiko asked in shock, the other villains mimicking her.

"The end goal was always to see you suffer." Goddess of Shadow stated with a cruel smile. "Oh, and that reminds me..."

With another wave of her hand, another shadow portal opened up behind Kumiko. Within seconds, Kitty, Ken and Chimera, Selkie, Osaka, and Kumiko's family were piled out back into the throne room.

"I. Blame. You!" Chimera spat as he glared angrily at the heroine. He then looked up at Ken and asked, "Really?! All the girls in your school, and this one is the one you choose to be your mate?!"

"What the hell?!" Kumiko shouted, turning to Goddess of Shadow as she pointed to her loved ones. "We had a deal! I give you my powers, you let them go!"

"Oh, you must not have gotten the memo, Sweetheart." Goddess of Shadow replied with a chuckle. "See, villains have this new tactic that you have to watch out for. It's called, lying."

"B-but... Your reactions to the deal! The look in your eyes!"

"Yes, I am quite the dazzling actress, aren't I?" Goddess of Shadow gloated, "I almost believed that I was going to honor your conditions, myself."

The villains (with the exception of Gwuck) looked a little nervous at this. If Goddess of Shadow lied to Kumiko without breaking a sweat, who knew if they were getting the truth?!

"That's it! I've had it with that bitch!" Osaka growled as she transformed into The Guardian Devil before spreading her wings and flying towards Goddess of Shadow with her claws extended.

"Guardian Devil! Wait!" Kumiko cried out as the devil lady flew past, but it was too late.

Goddess of Shadow smirked as she pointed her staff at the devil lady, striking Osaka with the same purple lightning that she had struck Kumiko with. Just like Kumiko before her, Guardian Devil screeched as she felt the pain run down her spine, her powers being siphoned away as she reverted back to her human identity. Osaka fell to the ground just as Kumiko raced forward and caught the older woman.

"Guardian Devil! Are you okay?!" Kumiko asked in concern.

"Yeah... I think I..." Osaka said as she looked up, her eyes going wide as she saw Goddess of Shadow absorb her powers. Much to her surprise, the shadow woman gained a red tint to her skin as a pair of wings and horns grew out of her back and head, respectively, in a pillar of fire...

Her clothes completely unharmed.

"What?!" Osaka yelled, jumping out of Kumiko's grip. "Are you freaking telling me that I could've been clothed to transform into Guardian Devil this whole time?! I didn't have to strip butt ass naked to keep my clothes safe from being burnt to ashes?! That, this whole time, I've been fighting crime completely nude for no reason whatso-" she growled in exasperation as she gritted her teeth, "Oh, when I get my hands on the imp that granted me my powers..."

"As fun as that is..." Goddess of Shadow quipped before turning to Ken and zapping him before Kumiko could even move.

Unlike the others, however, Ken's barely lasted three seconds before it was over. However, as he looked down at his wrist, Ken gasped in horror to see that Chimera was gone. "Chimera!" He shouted, looking up and glaring at the shadow woman absorbing the parasite, "What did you do with him?!"

"Right now, your little parasitic pet is under my control. So, I -"

"I am most certainly not under your control!" Chimera shouted from a tattoo that appeared on Goddess of Shadow's neck, unable to move this time around. "You may have my body stationary, and **** a bond with the idiot's magic, but my mind is not your plaything!"

"Keep telling yourself that, you overrated Venom knockoff." Goddess of Shadow muttered, "I'll break you soon enough. Just one more hero to drain..."

Selkie gulped as she felt herself being levitated into the air and forcefully brought towards the shadow woman.

"You wanna hear something funny, Coral McDonald?" Goddess of Shadow asked with a smirk, "I don't have to take your powers. That weakness of yours pretty much cancels your strength out. Without amplifying it any way, I'd practically be giving myself a handicap!"

"Well... I mean, at least that -"

"But I have powerful shadow magic combined with Kumiko's magical power now. So, I technically have a way to amplify your strengths without weakness." Goddess of Shadow added, her smirk becoming a malicious grin. "Don't I?"

"Uh oh..."

Selkie was soon struck with the same lightning and siphoned of her powers quickly, Goddess of Shadow smirking as she tossed the ocean hero to the side, her bra coming off and shattering on the ground in the process as she collided with Mufette. The ocean woman knocked the skunk woman to the ground, her naked breasts nearly pressed against Mufette's face.

"Sacré Blu! Get off of me, you... You... You..." Muffette cried out as she attempted to push the sea faring heroine off her, only for the two to momentarily lock eyes; the skunk woman's emerald spheres gazing into Selkie's blue pools.

After a few seconds of this, both women blushed crimson as Selkie brought her hands to her breasts, muttering a quick "Sorry" before getting off the villain and scurrying back over to Kumiko's side.

"Gwa! Gwe, Gwator Gwal?!" Gwuck called out to the other villains. "Gwhe Gwoddess Gwf Gwhadow Gws Gwur Gwriend! Gwhe Gwook Gwut Gwour Gwf Gwhe Gwiggest Gweroes Gwn Gwalmity Gwity! Gwhe Gwouldn't Gwteal Gwour Gwowers!"

"Yes, about that..." Goddess of Shadow said with a sly smirk. The shadow woman then pointed her staff at Gwuck and fired, zapping the green alien blob and siphoning his powers away as the villains gasped in horror.

"Gwow... Gwhat Gwurt." Gwuck groaned as he rubbed the top of his head while Goddess absorbed his power. A second later, a frightened expression came to his face as he cried out, "Gwait! Gwhat Gwurt?!"

"Welcome to knowing what pain feels l-" Goddess of Shadow began before bringing a hand to her mouth. Turning to the side, the shadow woman vomited out a slime that struck Selkie on her bikini bottoms, the slime not harming her skin, but quickly dissolving her bikini bottoms. "Hmm... Not a power I was expecting. Or wanted, really. Oh well, when in Rome."

Now completely naked as Kumiko and Osaka, Selkie donned the classic ENF pose as she chuckled sheepishly, her face tomato red. Mufette felt her own cheeks heat up, her heart race, and she could have sworn she felt a... Yep! She had a nose bleed. What was going on?!

"See! I told you we couldn't trust dis lunatic!" Gator Gal exclaimed as she pointed at the shadow woman, snapping Mufette out of her thoughts.

"Oh, come now!" Goddess of Shadow said to the now angry and betrayed villains. "Surely you must have seen this-" she paused for a moment before saying, "Actually, you idiots had no idea that Magical Girl Kumiko and Kishi Kumiko were the same person, so you probably didn't. Anywho..."

Goddess of Shadow then aimed at and zapped Mufette, her hair on her head and fur on her tail standing on edge as a quick bolt went through her, the skunk woman falling to her knees once it was over. Gator Gal gasped in horror as she raced to her best friend's side. "Annette! Are you alright?! Say something?!"

"Oui, amiee." Mufette said as she got to her feet. "I just 'ave non idea what shé could've taken awai from me..."

"Oh, Mufette!" Goddess of Shadow said in a sing-song voice, "What's two plus two?"

"Uh... A math problaim?" The skunk woman replied, only to go wide eyed at her own answer. This was something she should know! "I... I mean, eet eez twentay-two!"

"Wrong again."

"Eet eez... Oh! Eet eez whén la fairce between any deux charges eez equal to la absulute value of la multiple of ze chargés divided by 4 pi times le vacuum pairmittivitay times le deestance squaiaiyaired between le deux charges."

Goddess of Shadow laughed as hard as she could, almost falling over as she absorbed Mufette's intelligence while the skunk woman blushed a bright scarlet. Why couldn't she get it right?!

"Awrite! What da hell did you do to my best friend?!" Gator Gal snarled, ready to charge.

"The exact same thing I plan to do to you, Ugly-Zilla!" Goddess of Shadow said as her laughter died down, pointing her staff at the alligator woman.

"No!" Lord of Lobsters screamed as he attempted to block the attack, only for Goddess of Shadow to wave her hand and send him flying onto his back.

"Ryu!" Gator Gal shouted in concern.

"Not this time, you overweight, reject Scooby Doo villain!" Goddess of Shadow snapped, "I should've killed you when I had the chance! Especially if I had known that Kumiko wouldn't finish the job!"

"WHAT?!" Gator Gal roared, practically blind with rage. The alligator woman let out a gutteral, primal roar as she charged forward.

Only to get zapped by the lightning attack, causing her to roar in pain as Ryu got back up. The chubby villain wannabe could only gasp in horror as he watched his beloved get her powers stripped away. However, this time, something happened that didn't happen with the others.

Gator Gal seemed to lose her height as well as muscle mass, stopping until she had spindly arms and legs and stood at a mere 4'11" on a petite frame. Her skin became less scaly and pale. Her tail and claws disappeared, and her teeth became straighted out and pearly white. Long, brown hair grew from her scalp as it grew downward until it came to mid back. Her eyes went from yellow and reptilian, to normal baby blue eyes.

By the time her powers had been zapped away, Gator Gal had been transformed back into Tabitha LeRuth.

"Tabitha!" Ryu cried out as he came over to the groaning woman's side. "Are you okay?!"

"I.. I'm fine, Darwlin, I -" Tabitha's eyes widened in surprise when she heard her voice; no longer gruff sounding. She looked down at herself and saw her petite, naked, human frame. "I... I'm a normal again?! Dis.. Dis is impossible!"

"Not for me, it isn't!" Goddess of Shadow gloated, having just finished absorbing Gator Gal's strength. Her abdominals, biceps, triceps, and pectorals were massive as the alligator woman's once were. Her skin had also gotten scaly, but she shrugged it off. Kissing the muscles in her left arm, she chuckled. "The perfect combination of brain and brawn!"

"Oh, the hell with this!" Curb Stomper shouted as he turned to Moth Queen. "She can't attack us both at once! Cover me!"

"On it!" Moth Queen exclaimed as she summoned her moths. "Attack!"

"Soundwave Clap!"

But Curb Stomper was about to be proven wrong.

With a smirk, Goddess of Shadow merely tanked Curb Stomper's attack while simultaneously zapping Moth Queen's amulet. The shadow woman then absorbed the amulet's powers before taking control of the moths, turning them upon the now nervous bug nerd.

"Oh no." Moth Queen whimpered. She screamed and ran as her once loyal swarm ascended on her, quickly devouring her clothes until she was standing in just her brown boots. "Traitors!" She snapped, crossing her legs as she plastered her hands over her breasts.

"Now then..." Goddess of Shadow said with a smirk before briefly and painful siphoning Curb Stomper's powers away. As the man stood up, he froze as he saw Goddess of Shadow smirk at him. "What were those words again, Ken?"

"Oh crap."

"Soundwave Clap!" Goddess of Shadow shouted, clapping her hands and sending a massive shockwave that sent Curb Stomper flying backwards through the air until he crashed into the wall on the opposite side of the throne room. The villain groaned as he slowly slid down the wall to the floor.

At this moment, Stryker took this moment to hop forward and laugh at the fallen villains. "Look at you pathetic lot! You're all washed up!" The shadow kangaroo cackled, "Goddess of Shadow and I are going to rule that pathetic city of yours where you could only dream about it!"

"Gwhat Gwbout Gwou?!" Gwuck asked.

"Yeah!" Kitty shouted in agreement, getting the attention of the others. "Goddess of Shadow already betrayed Kumiko and the villains, how do you know she's not gonna turn her back on you?!"

"Aw, shut up, you little runt!" Stryker dismissed. "I'm the only one here that Goddess can consider a loyal alley! She would never betray me! Right, Boss!"

"Right you are, my friend! You took the words right out of my mouth." Goddess of Shadow said, "Except for one tiny and insignificant detail."

"What's that?"

"You're wrong."

Before the shadow kangaroo could even turn around, Stryker felt the electric blast of the lightning attack siphoning his powers away, quickly being absorbed by Goddess of Shadow as he fell to the ground.

"But... We're partners!" Stryker whispered in betrayed shock as Goddess of Shadow stepped over him. "After everything I did for you... I brought all those idiots together. I kidnapped Kumiko's loved ones. I... Why?!"

"Sorry, Stryker, but there's only room at the top for one villain." Goddess of Shadow said as she locked eyes with Kumiko, "Now, if you excuse me..."

Using her new devil wings, Goddess of Shadow flew towards Kumiko and scooped her up, carrying her upward as the others gasped in shock and fear.

"Kumiko!" Mrs. Kishi shouted in fear.

"Kumiko! No!" Kitty shouted, also fearful for the heroine's safety.

"Let me go!" Kumiko snapped once she and Goddess of Shadow were near the ceiling, the latter setting the heroine down on the chandelier. "What do you want from me?!"

"I want to thank you for making this all possible, Kishi Kumiko." Goddess of Shadow said with an evil grin. "And as a reward, I will tell you something that no one here knows: My true identity."

Goddess of Shadow leaned in closely to Kumiko's ear and whispered something. Kumiko's face went from an enraged snarl to a terrified expression on a ghostly white face, her eyes becoming the size of dinner plates as her jaw hung open.

"No..." She whispered as she turned to the grinning Goddess of Shadow. "No! You... You're lying to me again!"

"No, this time I'm telling the truth." Goddess of Shadow replied, "And even if I wasn't, why would I lie when I already won?"

"I... That's... You... We..." Kumiko stammered, trying to find a fault in what she was just told. But no matter how hard she thought about it, it made perfect sense.

"I'll let you sink it all in." Goddess of Shadow said as she fired a fireball at the ceiling, creating a massive hole that she flew out of. As she did so, she mockingly called out, "So long, Magical Girl Kumiko, Guardian of Justice, Keeper of peace, the selfless Humanitarian, and Vanquisher of Evil!"

Goddess of Shadow laughed mockingly as she flew towards Calamity City, leaving Kumiko on the chandelier frozen with a look of horror on her face...

"Okay, careful now. Careful!" Kitty called out to Mr. Kishi, Ken, and Curb Stomper as the three men lowered the chandelier down to the ground to bring Kumiko down.

"There has to be away you guys can get your powers back so that that lunatic doesn't destroy the world!" Kiyoshi yelled as he paced back and forth before turning to Stryker. "Spill it, Kangaroo Jerk!"

"Give me a second, will ya?!" Stryker snapped, "I'm trying to think if there was a time that backstabbing traitor slipped up somewhere!"

"What about you guys?!" Osaka asked the other villains, still trying to hide her nudity. "She must have had some weakness or something! Did you pick up on anything odd?"

"Not really." Moth Queen said with a shrug, "She usually kept to herself and barely told us anything except what the plan was. The only times she ever spoke with any of us outside that was when she told us it was our turn to fight Kumiko, or when she jumped down our throats for failing."

"Gwes, Gwhat Gwa Gwem Gwhe Gwas."

"Gem? Gem! That's it!" Stryker exclaimed, getting the attention of the others. "The gem on her staff! We just have to destroy it, and -"

"Kumiko!" Mrs. Kishi shouted, getting the attention of everyone as the chandelier was finally lowered down, a still silent and stunned Kumiko sitting on it.

"Kumiko!" Kitty cried out as he flew up to his best friend. "Kumiko! Are you okay?!"

"Kumiko? It's Mommy!" Mrs. Kishi said with concern, holding Kumiko's wand in her hand. "Your dad, big brother, and friends are here, too! Please, Baby! Talk to us!"

"Kumiko! Please say something!" Kitty exclaimed.

"I know who she is..."

"You know who 'who' is?" Selkie asked.

"The Goddess of Shadow." Kumiko replied, her voice cracking as she finally started to get out of her horrified trance.

"You do?! Den tell us! Who is she?!" Tabitha exclaimed, "If we want to beat her, den we need any info we can get!"

"It's..." Kumiko sighed as her eyes welled up with tears, "The Goddess of Shadow is... Me. She's me from another timeline."

The room was quiet for several seconds before everyone but Kumiko let out a loud chorus of one, single word.

"WHAT?!"
