Chapter 12 by Bartw32rt

How has Stan become a superhero?

Not with any good grades

Time unfortunately doesn’t stop for us all, and it certainly didn’t do so for Stan. After his escapade at the zoo, he could as a child deduce that biting an animal could give him lasting power. It wasn’t really absorbing their full biology, heck some creatures didn’t even seem to affect Stan as he would bite them. But through systematic research, Stan had acquired himself a string of powers he could use.

First, there was the lion. Which seemed to affect his bite somewhat. Making it way stronger than it otherwise should be. Besides that, he felt more confident and strong than before. His muscle size had almost increased twice the amount. Making it possible for him to lift up the front of a pick up truck when he was at the age of thirteen.

Second there was the speed Stan had been able to steal from a jaguar. This had taken another trip to the zoo to secure, since Stan was positive he would be able to run faster after this bite. Though it didn’t really meet his expectations since Stan started to notice that not every bite gave him the right results. Some not even having an effect on his body. Which to Stan, an ever changing teenager, was very important.

This being said, his bite had given him a boost to his speed. And if he was willing to use all of his four legs, he could perhaps even reach an equal speed as a jaguar. This seemed to be the catch to every modification Stan would be getting. Since his whole body couldn’t be transformed into the creature he had bitten. The limitation of his superpower seemed to be that it could only affect him to an extent.

Not that it was a bad limitation, since he could run faster than any human could. Though he found himself a bit disappointed to notice he couldn’t keep up with a car that would drive on the highway. Though this sounds like petty moaning from a kid who is able to keep up easily with a speeding car in a suburban piece of town.

There was however another time, when Stan was visiting Lauren, that he bit a creature that affected him as much as the jaguar. A final mutation (for now) that had an effect Stan hadn’t counted on. He had bitten a horse. Which did have the effect Stan had been hoping on, which was one of greater muscle mass. But also seemed to have a somewhat larger drawback. A growing problem so to speak. Because Stan woke up the next day with both hormones and stem cells racing. A large package weighing down his pants, since his teen mind had apparently seen the large fleshy warm rod as a welcome change.

Perhaps this was because he was still a teenager. A teenager whose frail psyche was mostly influenced by people his age and the media. Though it was sizably influenced by half the media Stan watched before going to bed. Which was, like most guys his age, porn. Porn that depicted guys with large cocks dominating their smaller female counterparts. Bouncing them on their long shafts while the girls faces are only able to gloat towards the camera.

To Stan however it wasn’t all about the fucking. The scene before the inevitable was what truly got him feeling something animalistic. Just the submission, after the man had shown his large phallus, piqued Stan’s interest. To see the dull eyes somewhat enlarge as either a stuck up bitch turns into a wanton slut or a dutiful housewife who would stray from her tasks. Or even more entertaining, turning the decent girl into one who is completely engrossed in the pleasure of the cock presented to her. To Stan it was all about seeing in their willful eyes how something broke. Seeing them surrender to their carnal needs.

Though now that he finally had received such a gift, it didn’t seem to be all that handy. Since Stan knew he wasn’t in a porn movie…which meant he couldn’t just flash anyone and expect there to be a sexual endeavor. Besides that, it was very uncomfortable to wear anything but baggy pants with this ‘gift’. Something which other kids didn’t really seem to perceive as cool.

However, Stan couldn’t take a shower after his gym classes. Because he couldn’t really show off his new tool, since it all happened overnight. He was smart enough to know he would be peppered with questions. And Stan didn’t really want to be the center point of attention after all the bullying.

And so after high school, where he wasn’t popular, he ended up…

Twenty one and poor…

There isn’t really anything to say about this. He did end up a superhero though. So, that is quite the win.

He helps old people cross the road. Get the mail for his neighbor. Make sure a robber would get good advice from an advisor to make his life more comfortable.

But himself…yeah…poor

There isn’t really anything to say about it. He’s studying to become a carpenter. So that is something Stan is mildly successful at. Which hopefully fulfills him to some degree.

He does his hero work besides college and work. Since he works as a waiter at a restaurant. But because of his hero work he is mostly seen as someone who is looking for trouble.

Let’s just say that Stan is not really seen by the authorities as a hero. He’s likely to be seen as he is.

A kid whose mom is a senator, living in an idealistic world where he tries to save people who committed crimes. Meaning he’s in some ways an accomplice to the crimes or (and more likely) a pain in the butt for the police whose job it is to help these people.

It also makes any plans to have friends almost impossible for Stan because he is everywhere at once. Only his mom, sister and Lauren seemed to sometimes come through to him. But at other times, Stan is only focussed on one thing. To do the right thing with the powers that he got. Even though it is not at all fulfilling him.

Luckily for him, he will soon have something to do.

What luck does Stan have?
