She comes delivering gifts

“Friend Poppy!” Starfire said as she tackled the woman and spun her around in the air.

“Hey Star!” Poppy said as she hugged her back and tried to breathe.

“Welcome Yoko,” Aelita said as she left the bathroom and gave the busty girl in a flame print bikini top a hug. Yoko had placed the boxes and bags she was carrying on an open side table. While she was hugging the character, Aelita saw Hinata holding buckets nervously outside and gestured to her that everyone was alright. Hinata nodded and quickly walked inside and to the kitchen to process the clippings into edible products.

Starfire finally let Poppy down and went to greet Yoko as well. Once all the greetings were exchanged and others arrived from nearby rooms to check out the visitors. Even a freshly bathed Pixel left her hidden nest to greet Poppy who let out a Zorua who proceeded to chase her around.

“Sorry, I would’ve called ahead but I only have James’ number,” Poppy shrugged nonchalantly.

“It’s James’ number dash 2,” Aelita pointed out. Characters’ number usually were their owner’s plus an extension.

“You’re sure?” Poppy questions and cocks her head. Yoko proceeds to roll her eyes and step forward.

“She’s just messing with you. She wanted to be a surprise,” Yoko said as she divided up the boxes and bags. “So you couldn’t run from these.” She handed a box each to Starfire and Aelita. Upon opening the boxes, they each found a beautifully designed bodysuit each themed respectively. Starfire’s had fiery designs with the occasional starburst while Aelita’s had digital lines and the occasional feathers and electricity.

“It's beautiful,” Starfire said happily with Aelita nodding a bit as she felt the soft material.

“It's spidersilk with some beskar thread,” Poppy explained before she leaned in and held her hand to her mouth. “I was able to get one of my exes to get me some beskar ahead of the waiting list. The spidersilk already makes it stab proof and the beskar will help with heavier stuff.”

“Wow…” Said Gaige as she looked at the clothing. “How did you get the beskar thread to be flexible enough?”

“I don’t know,” Poppy replied promptly, causing Gaige’s face to drop. “My exe just handed me a roll of the thread which I then gave to the store to custom make them.

“Thank you Poppy but why are you giving them to us now?” Aelita wondered as she carefully set the suit back in its box while Yoko was accepting a can of Hetap from Katara.

“We still don’t know if James is lost due to some kind of enemy action or his luck with finding adventures has come back,” Poppy explained with some seriousness to her voice. “I felt that it would be prudent to get the bodysuits finished sooner rather than later just in case something were to happen.” The nearby Alex noted her odd working and asked.

“‘Sooner rather than later’? You already had them ordered?” questioned Alex as she looked in a small bag Yoko passed Aelita. Poppy nodded as she looked proudly at the pink diamond necklace Aelita pulled out.

“Yeah, when I heard that James got Starfire back and started getting into fights at work and other adventures. I figured I would get my future sisters-in-law some protection,” Poppy explained while helping Aelita put on the necklace. Starfire was putting on an identical necklace which was in green. “I rushed them when I heard what happened, thankfully Joy had Starfire’s new measurements so its base size should fit. Aelita’s auto expands in the belly for obvious reasons. It also turns invisible if you want the protection but not the appearance.” Once the necklace was on, Poppy backed away and gestured to the door.

“Now, how about you equip them and we head on out of here,” Poppy said while Yoko was passing an empty can of Hetap to Katara to throw out.

“Go where? And we are going to need at least a few minutes to get changed, especially me,” Aelita asked as she gave Poppy a confused look.

“Oh well, we need to get you to that mommy club thing that my mom told me you had today and I have something extra special planned for Starfire,” Poppy smirked as she thought of Starfire’s reaction. Then her face became neutral as she gave instructions. “They’re enchanted, just say ‘Equip’ to put it on and ‘Equip, invisible’ to have it seamlessly appear under your clothing.” Aelita and Starfire took the bodysuits out again and said the magic words, causing the suits to appear under Starfire’s crop top and booty shorts and under Aelita’s dress before they became invisible.

“I wish James would do this with all my clothes,” Aelita sighed as she marveled at her arm where she could feel the comfortable clothing against her skin.

“Just ask him and he could rent a witch or magician to come by and do it,” Yoko suggested as she started walking out the door to her car.

“Wait, don’t we need permission from our ‘owner’ to leave?” Asked Suki with a huffy look, likely recalling what happened when she ran previously.

“I’m on his permissions list,” Poppy explained. “Originally mom was going to send Jamie over but then she heard about the island thing and when she checked, Jamie was temp banned from the list for a few months.” She then gave a wave out the door and Aelita shuffled out while Starfire flew out.

“I’m coming with,” Jirou said as she hurried to follow.

“Me too, I haven’t been out of house in long time,” said Shampoo as she bowed to Poppy and went to the car. One of the Asari guards followed after.

“Looks like we have a party,” Poppy cheered as she left the house. Several other harem members looked like they wanted to leave as well but ultimately closed the door and went back to what they were doing.
