MIDNIGHT. Power Woman & Sidekick Boy are chasing The Incompetentanator across the building rooftops of CRIME CITY. The Incompetentanator has kidnapped a bus of Cheerleaders AND a bus of Football Players from the Local College, who knows what dastardly deeds he has planned for these poor college students.

The Incompetentanator running in his green costume with a long cape flowing behind him turns and fires his self manufactured DEATH RAY at our heroic duo. Except that, the Incompetentanator, being, well, incompetent, has created a DEATH RAY that only destroys the spandex area of a costume.
