Hang out with Paul...

You decide with nothing else to do you might as well take up Paul on his offer, more free food and you get to play some video games, that would be a nice way for things to feel normal for once today so why not.

You bump into Paul before you head out, "Hey Paul, looks like I'm free for the afternoon, that offer still up?" you say, "Sure is, I'll meet you at my place, I'll pick up the food and drink on my way so I'll be late by about ten minutes. See you there." he replies and you head on out back through the front entrance, he parked closer to the back so he heads off that way after shutting down his PC.

You get to your car and start it up, you pull out of the parking lot and head on out towards his house. You pull up to his house and park on the side of the road, while you wait you play on your phone browsing your music app to entertain yourself. It doesn't take long before Paul pulls up in his truck and waves for you to come on in. Looks like he picked up three large pizzas and a six pack of wheat beer. You shut down your car and head on in.

The front room, living room, is quaint, not too much in the room really save for a lengthy couch, a matching coffee table, an entertainment stand and flatscreen TV. His Switch is set up on the Stand in its dock station. He also has one wall picture depicting various retro video game characters.

He sets up the pizzas in the next room, the kitchen, and pulls out some plates. "I grabbed Pepperoni, Meat Lovers, and BBQ Chicken for pizza and a six pack of Wheat Beers, I've got pop in the fridge too if anyone wants some." he calls out as he fixes himself a plate of three slices and cracks open a beer. You walk on into the kitchen and fix yourself a plate of two slices of meat lovers and decide whether or not you should grab a beer or not. One beer was nothing to you before, will it have any different effect on your body, you think to yourself.
