Jade had enjoyed streaming but did she really want all that attention and to be desired by millions? Yes. She did. If not before she did now that the voice commanded her to.

"Streaming," Jade said with a nod. "I want to be a famous streamer. Adored, watched and desired by millions…"

"What? Like vlogging? Or video gaming streaming or something?" Professor Burnet asked and Jade nodded at the latter. "Well you are hardly unique among your peer group but that doesn’t mean you can't do it. What do you enjoy about it?"

"You want all eyes on you, to feel desired," the voice tried to reinforce in her mind.

"Desired… I like being desired," Jade answered with a blush as she nervously looked away from Professor Burnet. "When people watch me… when they look at me… when they pay attention to me… I feel… I feel good." The more she spoke about it the more it became concrete in her mind.

"I see. Well that's not an unusual feeling and if you enjoy that sort of thing… I don't see why we cannot work on that," Professor Burnet said. Jade could tell she was picking her words very carefully but was also still determined to help Jade. "Have you got a gaming channel already? What is it?"

"BadBitch420 on twitch," Jade answered feeling a little embarrassed as Professor Burnet put it into her computer and brought it up.

"I see… well you are not unwatched, a few dedicated fans?" She asked and Jade nodded once more. She browsed a bit further on her computer. "You were climbing steadily for a while but it looks like you have plateaued recently. What do you think could help give you better numbers and achieve your dream? What do you need to do? What do you need to become to build your audience?"

"Porn star," the voice said suddenly but it sounded strained. Like it was struggling to speak again in such rapid sensation. It was barely able to get two words out within Jade's mind.

Jade almost mouthed the words the voice spoke but she shook it off. Her resistance had been so lowered by the previous commands but she still managed to ignore this one. "I don't know," Jade spat out before chewing her bottom lip. "I try to involve my community and do other things besides just gaming to make it stand out more but it's hard between that and school and life and just… everything." Jade felt the flood gates open up as emotions and anxiety she did not even know she had came bubbling up.

"Hey," Professor Burnet said as she reached out and took Jade's hand. "It will be alright… you hear me? This is going to be okay. Take a deep breath… let it out… there, feel better?" Jade nodded. "We'll work on this together. Here take my phone number, reach out at any time, I am your academic advisor, I am here for you for whatever whenever. Understood?"

Jade took a business card from Professor Burnet with a nod. It read 'Alexis Burnet, Professor of Anthropology' and had her phone number, email and a link to her profile on the university website. "I understand," Jade said.

"Good," Professor Burnet said. "We'll reconvene here after the next class you have with me. Have a brainstorm about this and we will both bring some solutions to the table. I need to study your stream a little more and find out what it takes to get the attention you desire online. Are you okay to go? I have some office hours to get to."

"I'm fine, thanks Professor" Jade said as she started towards the door.

"Anytime Jade."

Jade left feeling a little anxious but happy. It felt good to have someone who wanted her to succeed and fulfil her dream of being desired. That felt weird to think. Like it was a new thought to her but Jade was pretty sure she had always wanted that, at least on some level. Maybe just not this much? It was hard to tell. She stepped out onto the quad.

It appeared there was a large gathering of clubs, sports teams and other organisations there. Folding tables with banners advertising everything from the cheerleading and volleyball teams to tabletop gaming and science club were out there. She even noticed an occult club with a goth looking woman standing there in a dress that did wonders for her larger figure. Especially her breasts. She spotted a familiar face near the football team.

It was Doug. He seemed to be talking with the couches and joking with the younger players. From a distance Jade could see some of the cheerleaders spying on Doug. They appeared to be whispering and giggling while watching closely and ignoring their own table, leaving their duties to the tall, busty Indian cheerleader who was handing out flyers.

Jade caught Doug's eyes and gave a wave. But before she could make her way over there the voice spoke up…
