Debriefing with her patron

once alone, Pippa tries to focus on the symbol, hoping that she had made a good choice

already Pippa can hear a faint melody of a pan flute coming from nearby

She follows the music

atop a boulder Pippa finds her patron, eagerly awaiting her arrival. as Pippa comes into view she stops playing and gets down from the boulder.

"And thus the issue is resolved. Which does not mean it should become a habit."

she looks more serious

"This is the last time i'll save you. You have to take care of yourself. Now, let's see who you brought to me."

Pippa presents the basket

she smiles, taking the basket, tickling the pup

"Awwww. What a little delight. I am glad you got my hint. I do prefer to raise girls, though i can tell your halfbreed twin boys are growing up nicely and have become strong. What is her name?"

"I didn't name her. I didn't want to be too attached"

she shrugs

"I understand. I'll be on my way. For the love of all that is holy, please be careful... Or at least don't get trapped in an antimagical grove that is blessed by one of my rivals."

"I didn't do it on purpose.... but i'll try to be more careful"

she nods

then they parted away like before.

while Pippa walks away, regis is communicating.

"It is faint, but i can feel a piece of my nearby. Head southwest. We should come across it soon."

"ok, Regis. By the way, did it hurt you when we were in the grove ? Did you were ok?"

"I fell asleep. Otherwise i cannot describe it. I wasn't aware of anything once you entered, only when you stepped out i awoke and returned to my form."

"i was affraid, when you did fell asleep. Ok, let's go southwest, and hope there won't be trouble"

"in this forest?" he sounds amused "Let's hope its not too much trouble and something we can handle..."

"you're right... well."

Pippa explores the southwest.
