after taking a break to eat some food and water, as she doesn't find an exit, Pippa reluctantly prepares to talk to the beast... Maybe cooperating could help.

"HELLO! I DON'T WANT TROUBLE ! I'm just lost."

as an answer the minotaur roars and then kind of shouts

"WHERE YOU? COME AND FIGHT. ME WANT LEAVE."

"I also want to leave. We could leave together!"

the beast sniffs again and seconds later breaks through the trees with clenched fists, looking at the naked (kind of) gnome with bloodshot eyes

"NO. ONLY ONE LEAVE GROVE. WHEN WIN GROVE BELONGS AND CAN LEAVE. TREES WANT FIGHT."

eyeing his opponent Pippa can see a physical reaction to her nudity that is a bad promise on what will await her should she lose

Pippa prepares for the fight, getting the shield spell ready in her mind and her hatchet in hand, but she also tries to get him to reconsider

"Are you sure that's what you really want? Any other way we do not fight, please?"

"WE NOT FIGHT, WE STUCK. ONLY ONE MASTER OF GROVE. I MAKE RULES NOW. NO MAGIC. YOU WIN YOUR GROVE. YOU MAKE RULES THEN. YOU LOSE I CLAIM YOU. LOOK BREEDABLE."

he looks agitated and ready to charge Pippa

Pippa, fully rested, is faster to react, and she manage to make a cut with the hatchet making the beast bleed and angry. He grunts and tries to strike back.

Maybe the wound surprised him, but the beast misses Pippa.

She dodged the fist that otherwise would have hit her solar plexus.

She attacks again and cuts again; the beast is bleeding from wounds.

Instead of attacking, the massive creature focuses, using an abilty to recover; his wounds stop bleeding. But Pippa is on the offensive again.

The minotaur barely dodge the next swing, before trying to hit Pippa into oblivion; but only manage to make a badly timed jab that Pippa dodged easily.

Pippa attacks again, but the minotaur dodge that one.

This time the minotaur turns suprisingly fast, his hoof crashing into Pippa's ribs, sending her flying and gasping for air.

Still catching her breath , Pippa misses when she swing the hatchet.

Pippa did good on the firsts rounds, but the minotaur seems to have healed a little, and his blow start to make a toll on Pippa breath.

he tries to hit her again with everything he got

the minotaur hits again, punching the gnome in the stomach

Pippa is getting more and more breathless, but she had to fight or face terrible fate

again the minotaur evades her blow before he strikes

but trips, crashing headfirst into a tree and breaking on of his horns at the stump, tearing it off, blood spraying around.

Pippa did not make that wound on him, but it sure help her on the fight, as he seems to be soon down.

Angry and hurt the beast grunts, but Pippa has the chance to end it and save herself

But she only made a small wound, not enough to have victory over the fatigued beast

with its remaining strength it swings around wildly

both of them seems to be worn out by the fight as their next attempts failed to connect.

the minotaur, knowing the end of the battle is in sight tries to seal Pippas fate with a brute **** jab.

Pippa had raise her guard to intercept, it woud have stop the fist, but it has so much momentum, it goes through.

Pippa gasps from the blow as it take her last energy

before passing out she try to focus on the symbol invocking the elven girl
