Chapter 83 by Bengates
Prompt: (see author's note)
Dana's going to be pissed off...
Forgefire's outrage was palpable. "Insult you? You dare to question my work? I am Forgefire, the legendary blacksmith, and my creations are without equal."
But before he could continue, Valkyria interrupted him by removing her cloak. Her white fur shone in the light, her curves accentuated by the lack of clothing. She let him get a good look at every inch of her, flooding the area around her with pheromones she’d been building up under the cloak for just this moment. "This will be your payment if you can create a sword worthy of your title and my beauty."
Forgefire was captivated by her beauty. He could feel his body responding to the pheromones, and he struggled to control himself. "Come back tonight," he said, his voice husky. "I vow that the sword I create shall be as legendary as you are beautiful, and then I shall collect my payment."

continue from ""I vow that the sword I create shall be as legendary as you are beautiful, and then I shall collect my payment.""
Consider the following guidelines:
Valkyria and Dana leave the forge, Valkyria puts her cloak back on, Dana is just staring in shock at what just happened. Dana confronts Valkyria over what she just did, asking if she's insane, asking if she just goes around offering herself to people like that. Dana is disgusted by Valkyria's actions but at the same time Dana is amazed that it worked and wonders how. Valkyria notices that Dana, for some reason, is not affected by her pheromones at all, not even a little. Use lots of dialogue to build the scene I just described, use emotional language, Dana and Valkyria's conversation should be detailed in every point and at least 20 paragraphs long as Dana is dumbstruck and Valkyria is perfectly content, explaining that she just secured herself the best sword that Foregefire could possibly make, and all for the price of a one-night-stand. Valkyria explains that she's used hundreds of swords in her lifetime as a gladiator, the best swords take more than just a blacksmith with talent. Making the truly legendary, the very best blades, requires a blacksmith willing to pour his heart and soul into the weapon itself. So, she says, really she just traded her body for one night for a piece of the heart and soul of a legendary blacksmith that she can keep until her dying breath. Make valkyria describe a scene from her past in which this blacksmith made a blade so powerful that the hero who wielded it was able to challenge and defeat an ancient black dragon that should have been far outside his ability, even as an S-rank adventurer. The hero alone or the blade alone could not have done it, but together they became something different, someone different, a blend of man and sword that transcended the physical limits of either.
