The Adventurer's Guild was a towering edifice, built of dark stone that seemed to have been hewn from the very depths of the earth. It stood tall and proud, its many windows gleaming in the sunlight. It was surrounded by a high wall, topped with spikes, as if to warn all who would dare to challenge its might. The entrance was a massive wooden door, intricately carved with scenes of battle and adventure, and flanked by two massive stone pillars.

As Sarah and Dana approached the entrance, they could feel the excitement building within them. This was the first step on their journey to seek **** against the evil Jake, and they were determined to succeed. The door creaked open, and they stepped inside, the cool air of the Guild washing over them. The entrance hall was vast, with a high ceiling and walls lined with trophies and weapons. The floor was of polished stone, and there were several small tables and benches scattered around, where various adventurers sat, talking and drinking.

As they entered, all eyes turned to them, and the adventurers fell silent. They looked Sarah and Dana up and down, sizing them up. Some looked impressed, others amused, and a few even hostile. The silence was broken by a voice from the back of the room.

"Well, well, what do we have here?" The voice belonged to a tall, muscular man, with a thick beard and piercing blue eyes. He wore a suit of shining armor, and a longsword was strapped to his back. "Looks like we have a haphazard sorceress and her baby sister, eh, boys?"

The other adventurers laughed, and Sarah felt her face flush with anger. She was about to say something when she felt a furry hand on her shoulder. She turned to see Valkyria, in her white-furred werewolf form, enter to stand beside her.

"Easy there, Sarah," Valkyria said, her voice low and soothing. "We don't want to make a scene before we've even started."

Sarah took a deep breath and nodded, her anger subsiding. She looked around the room again and noticed that many of the adventurers were eyeing Valkyria warily, some even with open disgust.

Ignoring the looks, Sarah led Dana towards the front desk, where a portly man in his late fifties was poring over a stack of papers. He looked up as they approached and smiled warmly.

Guildmaster Balthazar looked up as Sarah and Dana entered the guild hall. "Ah, Sarah! Good to see you again," he boomed, before turning to Dana. "And who is your friend?"
