Ah, so Amy's husband did die, and apparently Amy and Sarah were orphans together, neat. Also, interesting, Jake is kinda a jerk, I hope the Ai has a reason for that somewhere down the line...

As Sarah and Jake approach the cave, Sarah's thoughts wander to her childhood friend, Amy, and her adopted daughter, Dana.

"I'm worried about Amy and Dana," Sarah said, glancing at Jake. "I mean, it's just the two of them now, and Amy's husband died last winter. I wish there was something more I could do to help them."

Jake shrugged. "I get it, but I don't really want to be anyone's caretaker. I like having fun, not being held down with commitments."

Sarah's expression soured. "You make it sound like caring for someone is a burden."

"I'm just being honest," Jake said with a smirk. "Besides, I'm not really into Amy like that. She's fun to sleep with, but that's about it."

Sarah shook her head. "That's not the point. Amy's been there for me since we were both orphans together. I care about her and Dana."

Jake rolled his eyes. "Fine, whatever. But I'm not going to be anyone's babysitter. If you want to help them, go ahead. But don't drag me into it."

Sarah let out a sigh and nodded. "Okay, I understand. It's just... I don't want to see them struggle. And I know Amy's been having a hard time since her husband died."

They continued walking in silence for a few moments, until Sarah spoke up again. "Anyway, we're almost at the cave. Remember, if I need help, I'll use my signal."

Jake nodded. "Yeah, got it. Just be careful in there. Goblins can be tricky."

With that, Sarah entered the cave alone, her half-elf eyes easily adjusting to the dark. As she ventured deeper into the cave, the walls twisted and turned, the shadows flickering ominously. The air grew colder and damper, and the sound of dripping water echoed off the walls.

Sarah's heart raced with excitement and fear as she searched for the goblins, her mind racing with the possibilities of what she might encounter. But despite her anticipation, she couldn't shake the worry in the back of her mind about Amy and Dana.
