Chapter 14
by SingingLark
Did Liandra succeed with her melody, or does one of them get possessed?
Possessed.
There was no shadow lunging at them, there was nothing left of the monster. The harp shone bright, uncomfortably bright. But it began to fade. Calcifer was panting from the exertion, inwardly chuckling his most devilish charm, Liandra was sure. He was just waiting to start.
"So, what do we do now?" Liandra's voice broke the warlock's reverie. Calcifer shrugged, and began to casually walk towards Rodrik. "Heal them, I guess? It is your magic again, bard."
"No" Calcifer kneeled to look at the damage he made, which was severe. It took a moment for him to acknowledge the words coming from the princess mouth. "No? what, too tired?"
"Hardly, Warlock." Liandra was trying to yell, but her mouth didn't obey her. In fact, not a single part of her body obeyed her. "What I mean to ask is, do we finish what we started? Or will you bow before me, as my ****?"
Calcifer's eyes burned with fury, but without a word he kneeled. "Good. I knew you would be sensible. Freeze your companions"
Calcifer obeyed, without hesitation, their armors frozen in ice so clear it even mirrored the now faint illumination in the room. Liandra's spirit wondered if it was perhaps a trap he was making, Calcifer was certainly cunning enough.
"I have a price, demon." Calcifer said, after he was done even with Altima. "The princess, she is a virgin. " His attire didn't hide his hard on, but it was his smirk that was the most obscene. What kind of plan was that?!?
Can Liandra break the shadow's control?
