Do they make it to Gary's room? Does Gary have ulterior motives? What can Mei teach him about the 2080s?
There are a few hiccups along the way
"You sure you don't want my jacket? It's freezing out here, even with clothes." A hint of confusion could be heard in Gary's voice.
"Thank you kindly, Gary," Said Mei, with a warm smile on her face. "But thanks to the nanobots, it always feels like I'm walking in a summers breeze!"
"Sure, sure..." Gary wasn't sure what to think. This girl is either crazy, on drugs, or is pulling my leg.
Mei kept running around, admiring the "ancient houses, streets and lanterns of the mid 1980's."
If she's having a rag, she's committed, I'll give her that.
Around the corner, five guys came stumbling out.
"Oh my, oh my, oh my, I see there is a free spirit among us. What's your name, sweetheart?'
"Hi, I'm Mei, pleased to meet you!" She shaked the hands of each of the guys with both of her hands.
"Say, why are you following this dip around? Come with us, we're much more interesting than this Narbo here."
"Thank you, but I already promised Gary that I'd come to his house. Maybe later?"
Two of the guys grabbed Mei's arms.
"Don't worry, it won't be long."
