What is Amilia's first obstacle?

Footwear!

She realized her mistake a few hundred yards into the forest. Shoes. The ground was covered with all kind of forest junk: loose branches, pine cones, big and small rocks... she could hardly make progress anymore.

"OK", she said to herself, "maybe it wasn't the best of ideas to get rid of everything. I should have kept my shoes on. I'll just turn around and get them. "

She retraced her steps to where she thought she had dumped her clothes; but when she returned there, she didn't see anything at all. Maybe it was the wrong place? A tree is a tree after all, and she wasn't completely sure she remembered the place correctly.

She searched the vicinity, but didn't see anything that vaguely resembled clothing, let alone her own.
