Shlick & Company

Nyali laid back as Sly pulled free of her mouth, dreamily rubbing herself down after cumming. Lara clung to Simon's side breathing heavily. She hesitantly reached down and tucked his cock into his trousers with hands softer than Sly would have thought. He could feel her heart racing at the brief touch and only the detached masking his sidhe nature kept him from taking her next.

"Mmmmmmm. Thank you, Daddy..." Nyali whispered as she squirmed on the ground with her eyes closed. Simon got the impression that she was only half speaking to him but if the woman in front of him wanted a Daddy... He'd like it to be him.

"Oh, she really likes you..." Came Lara's voice in his ear. Her tone ragged and a bit disappointed.

"Foul, rutting beasts!" Shouted some asshole from behind him. Leaving Sly very frustrated that he couldn't keep his focus on the sexy cat-girl in front of him or the too innocent orc on his arm.

"He sides with the witch and the subhuman harlot!" Came the voice again, coming from a man in his late middle years dressed in simple grey robe. "Don't trust faeries, they'll entrap you. Look here, he already took Garth's boy."

Sly straightened as he rounded on the... priest? Yeah probably from the look. Sly knew the type, arrogant and judgemental. Plus he sounded like a lot of the racist fundies back home. Sly was ready to turn the whole beautiful and terrible thing to eleven and knock the old ass-hat down a peg when the man it appeared was Garth spoke.

"Sir, I do need to see that my Hirnen is alright." The middle aged human spoke directly to Sly, not flinching away but wary and polite. A reasonable demand for a father. It was actually pretty impressive from Sly's perspective.

"I can't say any more than that he will be well taken care of. My companion is a rather adept healer and upon recovery your friends and family will be able to leave my lands with my blessing. Any of you who wish so may see for yourselves, though I'll expect you to act as my guests." Sly replied smoothly. He pointedly ignored the fuming priest as he addressed Garth and then the crowd in general.

Garth hesitated for a moment, glancing at a woman still sheltering in a cart before speaking up again. "You'll give us the same promise? Guest rights and we can leave when we choose?"

Sly cocked and eyebrow at the well founded caution and smiled at the man. "You have my word, on my power. I mean you no harm." This seemed to be enough to mollify most of those present but some people are too narrow minded. Maybe the priest has some kind of bulwark of faith power? Sly wouldn't be surprised at this point.

"By the laws of gods and man those criminals should turned over to the Justicars for execution! You steal our kin and then our justice! Your kind don't belong amongst the god's favored people. My good people, you must not trust these things. I swear any of you that go with this creature will be excommunicated!" Ranted the old priest as he backed away from Simon, his arms outstretched pushing those that sided with him even further behind. When he was what he judged a safe distance from the imposing form of the fae and out of swinging distance from Garth the priest shifted his attention to the brave farmer. "Garth my boy, your son Alycint and Belig have been stolen by a faerie! To go after them is folly. We will inform the Temple, perhaps the heroes will find time to retrieve them. You know they'd need to go to the Inquisition if they were just released by a dark fae."

After that outburst most of the gathered humans moved away, even if they believed what Sly had said the consequences had gotten severe. Garth Didn't move. His partner and a toddler came up to stand with him. "We'll go see our boy and then decide what to do, no matter what friar Schlick says." She spoke mostly to Garth but her tone hardened at the end as she addressed the priest directly.

Sly decided then and there that he liked that pair. He wished his parents had been that cool... He missed his sister. He missed his dog and his friends. He missed himself. If he was still human he would have had to physically shake off that kind shit to handle what was in front of him, as it was he slid his gaze over the crowd with studied indifference. Garth and his family stood firm. A matching pair of ginger dwarves male and female, and a human boy who couldn't be 20 stood together putting Garth between them and the friar.

"I want to make sure Belig is ok, she's my betrothed..." The human boy **** out under scrutiny.

"We jus' think yer' more interestin' than these folk." The bearded dwarf rumbled out happily. His female counterpart nodding in agreement. The dwarves' nonchalance earning some hateful muttering from friar Schlick and his flock.

Sly was so very done with this shit. He didn't like the idea of getting a whole family exiled just because he got involved. Well face-fucking Nyali like that probably looked pretty Dark to them. He ran through his options. He could call on Ariel and put the fear of heaven into the peasants but that would draw attention he didn't want. Persuasion wasn't working. Couldn't just punch the asshole, he took that damn oath.

~Sorry Garth and fam. I'm not giving up anonymity for your sake just yet.~ Sly thought to himself and started reaching out to his realm.

"Gather what you need and come to me." Was all he said. By the time the five who were taking the risk to go with him had gathered their things he was long since ready to leave. Circling the mortals with his pack and Mu landing on his shoulder all twelve vanished in a passing of shadow and a flurry of leaves.
