No one sees shadows

Ultimately it would be a waste to have these shadow and stealth powers and not use it, so Midnight figured he might as well sneak in and avoid having to answer alot of questions. As he crested the rise, he studied the layout. All told it seemed like several thousand monsters of all different types were gathered with the vast majority being goblins and orcs, although there were a few trolls lumbering around, dragon-born, and...was that a drow? Looks like all his gaming and nerdiness was paying off. There also seemed to be a large variety of demons wandering around. As he watched, Midnight noticed that the different groups seemed to mostly keep to themselves and all the groups were surrounding a central tent of black and red. That should be where the commander is. Having memorized the layout, he released his tethers and sunk into the earth. He had to admit it was a weird sensation. He had been a little claustrophobic in his past life but now it felt different, like being wrapped in a cool blanket. Fortunately, he kept his sense of what was above ground so he zigged and zagged keeping to shadows and avoiding the people walking around. As he progressed he noticed two important things. First, most of the devils were female and fit the description of a succubus. With tits and asses all over the place, this could be a veritable wonderland. Second, everyone looked like they had been through the wringer. Missing fingers, an assortment of limbs, several goblins were bandaged pretty heavily, one beautiful succubus was missing an eye and another gorgeous chocolate colored succubus was missing a wing. Seems the forces of light were not to be taken lightly. Time to offer his services to whatever lunatic had poked the hornets nest
