Chapter 2
by Delilah717
Does Kyle hear back about his application?
Yes- he gets an email (Femdom Path)
It had been a week since Kyle hastily applied for the "Assistant" job. In that time, he had gone on three interviews- all total failures. With the end of the month quickly approaching, Kyle was running low on time. But then- a stroke of luck.
*New Email*
The soft, melodic chime of Kyle's iPhone filled his heart with hope. A notification. From who? An email! Could it be?
"Re: Job Application"
Kyle nervously entered his phone's password. This very might well end up being his last chance. It didn't matter which job was answering him, he needed- no, he resolved- to pursue this opportunity as far as he could. He NEEDED this to pan out.
"Dear candidate..."
The words before Kyle's very eyes filled him with dread.
"Your application for the Assistant position has passed the first round."
Relief. Kyle shouted with glee.
"We are extending you an offer to interview in person. Please select a date and time when you are available."
Kyle sighed with relief and began scrolling through the potential times. He always thought it was better to get things done sooner than later. The first available interview slot was tomorrow at 11am. Immediately, he signed up. A minute later came the follow-up email. He was to meet his potential employer out in the old industrial district. Kyle scratched at his head as he pondered this strange job site. Had he accidentally applied for a factory job? Scrolling back up the email, Kyle confirmed that the email did specify "Assistant"... if only he could remember what the job description originally was...
Luckily, Kyle considered himself an expert at improvisation. He would just say a bunch of dull buzzwords about customer service, time management, and attention to detail when prompted in the interview. Hopefully he could piece together what this job was then. But for now, Kyle felt no other urge than to smoke a joint and relax. Things were finally gonna pan out, he could sense it.
The next morning, Kyle set out for the interview. He pulled his beat-up old car into the parking lot of an old factory. Not a single spot was taken. The factory itself looked old and decrepit. Glass windows were replaced by weathered old wooden boards. The stench of gasoline hung in the air. This place seemed... abandoned.
Kyle's optimism had gradually become cautious. This job already seemed shady enough, not that he could even remember what it was about. For a moment he thought about turning around and leaving. But leaving here meant that the odds that Kyle would be kicked out of his apartment grew higher. The fear of homelessness was a much stronger motivator than the fear dripping from the creepy abandoned factory. With a deep breath, he entered the building.
Who is Kyle's prospective employer?
