"They are coming!"

They seem very organised as they search each building meticulously, killing everything in their path. Luckily, your guys entered first and went down further than Edward's team. That means the enemy caught them deeper inside, away from the entrance. They'll have to pass through Edward's boys to get to yours.

"Max, we need to leave now!"

"The back is open. We can leave through there."

"No, the helicopters will pick us up one by one!"

"We can't stay here !"

"We are scattered anyway. We can't fight back with those things in the air!"

"Max?"

"Max!"

Expecting anything from you is unrealistic. You might be their Prime, but you're not a war general. What are you supposed to do?

Some werewolves caught on to what the humans were doing, and adapted rapidly to the situation. They jump out of a window to hide in the next building as soon as they bust the door open, buying precious time for the leadership to come up with a plan. Clearing each building takes time, but even at this rate, you will run out of buildings to hide in long before the helicopters run out of fuel.

"Maybe it's better to blow it all up and die together with the enemy!"

"Yeah! Let's take them down with us straight to hell!"

Hearing your friends talk gives you an idea. You quickly change the channel and ask: "Hey, can we blow up each node separately from the whole thing?"

"No!"

"Yeah..."

"No, we can't!"

"Yes, you can; you just have to ignite it manually."

"That means you're going to blow up with it... I'm the closest to the entrance, and I'm not dying for anybody!"

"Oh..."

"Oi, Ricky, you better not be scared of dying, you fucking prick. We all came here knowing what to expect" You are not sure if Edward is mad at his teammate because he is unwilling to sacrifice himself for the team or because it makes him look bad.

"Fuck you!"

"You better listen here, bitch. Max had a good idea for once. If you can blow it up when the helicopter is near you and take it down, we can leave this hell hole.

"Make someone else do it!"

"If we all die here, who's going to take care of your daughter, huh?"

"Easy for you to say... you're not the one blowing yourself up!"

"Ricky, come on, man..."

"Think of your daughter..."

"Ricky, please..."

Seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, people grasp at that hope with everything they have. They immediately pile on poor Ricky. As the military keeps advancing, time keeps getting smaller. If they find Ricky first, he will need to abandon his position, and you'll lose a node.

The longer he waits, the harsher the words become. Playing good cop, bad cop, Edward finally touches on his weakness and convinces him to do it for his daughter.

"You better treat her right; no bullying... give her whatever she wants, and don't punish her if she makes mistakes and teach her right from wrong and ... and... tell her I love her..." He is trying hard not to cry, but you still feel the sobs accumulating in his voice.

"I promise you we'll look after her. As long as any of us is alive, she will never have to suffer!"

Edward might be a prick, but he always finds the right words.

"Swear it!"

"I swear, Ricky!"

After a few seconds of silence, Ricky responds with an answer that gives everyone immediate joy.

"Fine, let's do this!"
