A taste of their own medicine

The girls look at the TV, but all they see are studio images. The action disappeared just as quickly as it appeared.

While your group has no access to the internet, the same couldn't be said for the rest of the pack, so when you heard people watching it over the internet, you quickly got up and went to a nearby table.

Some people were watching the same thing as you, so when you got up, they understood and followed you. The others saw a few of you getting up and going to a nearby table, and thinking you were about to start a fight, they also followed.

In less than ten seconds, the whole table followed you behind a poor bloke who got a notification on his phone and decided to open a video. He quickly realises that people are behind him, so he turns his head around. His hand shakes a little when he sees all of you looking intensely at him.

"Hold it straight!"

"Y-Yes! Yes..." He turns around and makes himself smaller while lifting the phone a little.

"What's going on?"

"Let me see."

"What's that?"

"Stop pushing..."

The guys might be dead, but unfortunately for the enemy, they did their job. The canisters spread out an odourless and colourless gas that starts causing changes in some of the members inside as soon as the concentration in the room gets high enough.

Some people become noticeably whiter as their skin dries out, and their veins swell to a deep red colour that contrasts sharply with their white skin.

All of this appears to be filmed by some of the guests rather than the TV cameras. It looks like the council managed to plant spies inside, and now people can see exactly who they are supporting.

Eventually, their veins burst open, cracking the skin into countless small pieces. The vampires screech in pain, making your blood curdle. Such an inhuman scream is straight out of a nightmare.

The blonde girl at the front, scared shitless, takes a few steps back, trying to put distance between herself and the audience in the stands, where she can see a few people entering a horrific transformation, totally unaware of the danger from behind.

The younger guy behind her managed to suppress it longer, but eventually, he was unable to keep back the transformation. "ARGHHHH!" As soon as the skin starts to crack, he aims for the blonde's neck.

She is unable to put up a fight and just leans her body against his, letting him sink his fangs into her neck.. The girl's body starts to dry up as he drinks her blood. Eventually, he lets go of her body, leaving it to fall to the ground. He is back to normal while the girl lies lifeless at his feet.

"Kill them all!" He orders the vampires into the room, and you get to see how he turns around and starts attacking the people next to him. Unfortunately, that is all you get to see since the guy filming has a vampire rushing towards him. The camera drops, and all that is left on the screen is darkness and screams.

"It has begun!"
