Meet Teri (slow burn, daddy/daughter vibes)

I say this should be fun, but let's be honest. I'm in my 40s, I know most of their parents, and while they're great to look at, I'd feel like such a sleazy pervert if I made a move on any of them.

It turns out, though, I didn't have that much willpower to resist when one of them made a move on me.

Enter Teri. Her name was actually "Wisteria", named by her Singaporean mother who really wanted a daughter who would be a beautiful flower. Teri was beautiful, but she was anything but a delicate flower. She was smart, tough, and dedicated.

Visually, she was very striking. She had a kind of angular, semi-androgynous look, with a slender body and sharp cheekbones. There was no mistaking her femininity though -- while her breasts weren't large, they were pert and sat high on her chest. Her ass, which I often saw covered in just a thin layer of lycra, was tantalizingly round atop her slender legs. She wasn't tall, but she carried herself erect with the impeccable posture of a trained dancer.

Her black hair had been bleached and was often dyed in various colors based on the pieces she was working on. These days, it was cut in an aggressively angled pink bob, and she looked like something out of a Japanese sci-fi film.

Of all of my son's dancer friends, she was one of the most distinctive -- both in looks and in personality. She was loud and brash to the point of overconfidence. She stated her opinions about music, food, other dancers, other people, everything, matter-of-factly with a sense of her mind not being changeable.

Also, she'd never shown an interest in me. Some of the other dancers had personalities that were innately flirty, just friendly with everyone around them. Teri wasn't mean, but she never felt like she needed (or wanted) anything from anybody else.

That's why it was so out of character when she showed up on my doorstep, alone, on a weeknight, on a rainy night.
