Jake waits to make a wish

After thinking long and hard, Jake decides it would be smarter to wait to make his wish. "Can I think about it longer?"

Jean smiles. "Of course, do you want me to wait in the bottle or?"

"In the bottle? You can go back in there?"

"Yep! It's actually quite spacious once you're inside."

"Good to know..."

Just then, a sudden knocking draws their attention, Jean simply lays down on the couch and adjusts her fancy top. "Don't worry, she can't see me."

Jake looks at her then back to the door as he hears his sister from outside. "Jake! I left my key here! Let me in!"

"You sure she won't see you?" Jake asks, receiving a calm nod from the Genie.

Once he gains enough confidence in hiding the magical entity currently residing in his home, Jake rushes to the door to let Holly in. "Ugh, what were you doing here by yourself?It smells like dirty socks..." Holly says as the door opens and she walks inside.

The rude gesture annoys Jake a bit. "Seriously? What's with the attitude?" As he asks this, Natalie walks in behind Holly. "Oh... Nevermind." Holly seems to always put on a different attitude whenever her friend is with her. Natalie's distaste for Jake always seems to rub off on her.

The two girls head upstairs and shut themselves in Holly's room. Jake can faintly hear them talking amongst themselves. "Okay, they're gone..." He says with a drawn out breath, letting Jean know from the other room they're once again alone."

He waits a few moments, but hears no response. Eventually he peaks his head back into the livingroom. "Jean?" Scanning the room, he doesn't see her. The bottle still sitting where he left it makes him think she went back inside, so he goes to walk over to it. But as soon as he starts moving, quiet footsteps start coming down the stairs. "She's a grumpy one!" Jean says with excitement.

"Wha- How did you?" Jake looks on in surprise.

"Oh don't worry, I was just getting a better look at those two. Natalie really seems to hate you... Holly's cute though!" Jean exclaims with a smile.

"Holly's my sister."

"Well, then you both have good genes!"

"Pfft yeah I guess so."

After a drawn out silent moment, Jean changes the subject. "So, have you thought about any wishes yet? No pressure."

"Oh right, let's see..."
