Meeting the Rabbit Heroine

Ethan finished talking to his father who agreed with the idea, Ethan would host the auction in the SHH at nighttime 4 days from now and that the guests who would attend the auction would be a small number since it was only 4 girls being sold.

Ethan could add 2 more, he would get back to his father on that after he took a look around.

Ethan shook his head as he followed Susan to Mirko in her hero costume, she was currently sitting by the bar, chewing on something.

Mirko looked at Susan and groaned. "What the fuck do you want?" She asked as she spat out the gum into the garbage. "And who's this guy?"

Susan sighed. "This is Ethan our new manager, your new owner, you won't be working with us anymore so he'll be taking you in."

Mirko's eyes widened as she glared at Ethan. "Hell no, I want to go back to my world, I'm not going with you." She denied.

"Well, you don't have much of a choice, you will remain here for the week, you won't be working so do whatever you want to entertain yourself, i just wanted to see you, let's go see the Esper sisters." Ethan walked away with Susan following.

Mirko watched and growled. "Fucker thinks he can just order me around." She got up and got a bottle of sake from the bar.

Ethan and Susan walked to the second floor and saw Tatsumaki, serving drinks while making rude comments, she simply floated to another table with the tray.

"And where's the sister?" He asked Susan.

"She's hiding... Honestly I am shocked that they got some credit to their name.." Susan sighed.

"Okay... and Jean?" Ethan asked as they walked downstairs. Susan pointed at one of the floating cages where girls would dance where Jean was dancing in a skimpy version of her Phoenix costume, but she looked hateful doing it.

"Wow... I can see the mistakes but I hope I can set things right." Ethan and Susan made they're way back to the office but Susan stopped him and turned her head invisible, she peaked over the corner and sighed. "Barabara is trying to sneak into your office."

"... Come on." Ethan turned the corner and came up behind Barbara in her purple black bat girl costume, trying to pick the lock.

"... You know that this will get you sent away right?" Ethan commented dryly making her jump.

Batgirl turned around and looked at him confused. "Who are you?" She asked.

"Ethan Kenway, new manager and honestly the least of your worries." Ethan said crossing his arms, he was a bit taller then her which made it easier to look imposing.

Susan walked up next to him. "What happened to that man?" Batgirl asked.

"Arrested and waiting trial." Susan responded.

Barbara's eyes widened.

"I also know you have stuff on him but honestly we already know everything about him, so whatever you have the police already know." Ethan explained, making her slump.

"Darn..." She grumbled.

"... You are also being replaced and sold." Ethan sighed making her look up at him. "What!"

"Barbara, your performance here isn't good at all, we can't afford you to just stay here without any contribution, so in a few days time, you and other girls here will be sold in an auction." Susan spoke in a stern tone.

"YOU CAN'T-" But Ethan gave her a look that shut her up. "You forgot that you aren't in your world anymore... You have no rights here, you are property like the other girls here, so don't say I can't do this because I can and I will do it, honestly I would rather have you stay and try and be better because I want to believe in second chances but that's not up to me." Ethan took his key and pushed past her. "Back to your room Barbara." He entered the office with Susan following.

Ethan sat on his desk and sighed, he rearranged some documents and decided to check the security cameras, he was about to before he stopped and had a horrible thought.

"... Susan did Jack ever... you know." He asked.

Susan looked at him but slowly nodded.

".... Please tell me you cleaned up before I ever sat down here..." Ethan begged.

"Don't worry, Zatana used a spell to disinfect everything in this room from his... stuff." Susan smiled making Ethan slump on the desk with a sigh of relief.
