Ethan woke up in the middle of the night to his phone ringing, he groans and checks the ID, Susan?

He picked up, "Hello?" He mumbled.

"Sorry to wake you up sir but you need to come in, it's important..." Susan spoke through the phone.

"Who is it?" Aoi whined as she opened he eyes, cuddling Ethan.

"Work, sorry Aoi, I need to go." He got up and walked to the bathroom.

Aoi sighed as she laid back down.

Ethan got ready and left the house telling Aoi to inform the girls that he went to work.

He arrived at 2 am and went in through the back.

"What happened?" He asked Susan who looked apologetic, they walked to his office.

"The higher ups informed me that our sales are going down and we need to replace some girls who are causing the issue." Susan informed him.

Ethan blinked as he was processing this. "Fucking really? Why do we have to replace the girls, why can't we just do something else."

"Because some of the girls are the cause and the other two aren't contributing enough." Susan explained.

"... Fine, what do we do with the characters?" Ethan asked.

"That's up to you sir." Susan said as they arrived in his office.

Ethan sat down and looked at the files on the desk.

"Jack bought these, didn't really want to spend too much." Susan sighed. "So they aren't accustomed to this line of work."
