You have some questions first.

You are willing to give them your permission to do what they have to do. After all, geek that you are, this is literally some kind of wet dream for you. Well, maybe not exactly, but...

"I have some questions first," you say.

"Go ahead then. Ask."

"Do I need to give all four of you permission at the same time? I mean, what if I wish to awaken my magical abilities first, for example?"

"You can certainly do that, Master. The only thing you need to consider is that you'll need a proper balance between the four of us to get the proper potential from your evolution."

What the hell did he just say? You didn't get a shit out of that explanation. Your spiritual tenant seems to have noticed because you hear him sigh and try to explain himself.

"Technology prevents the correct channeling of magic. You can enhance technology with magic or put magic into it, but you will be very limited in what you can do. In addition, a completely magical being makes most of the machines around him fail."

You find yourself showing a blank expression. How are you supposed to advance if the beings within you cancel each other out?

"Of course, biology helps. As long as you combine your technology with biology you'll avoid all those problems. You'll also need to make sure you include enough magic, because excessive biological evolution will reduce your spiritual abilities and vice versa. If at any point you stay locked in excessive spiritual evolution and unable to evolve biologically, technology is the answer."

Instead of continuing to give you a verbal explanation, the beings within you show it to you with images around you, allowing you to understand it much better.

Magic and technology cancel each other out just like physical and spiritual energies. On the other hand, magic increases and improves spiritual abilities and vice versa. In the same way, technology and biology enhance each other. As synonymous with life, a biological being channels magic much better and serves as a buffer between it and technology. Interestingly, a spiritual being, lacking physical limits, gives technology capabilities that a living being never could.

It's a bit strange how it all works, but you'll get a better understanding of it as you practise. You still have questions, but with the initial explanation many of them have been answered, so you guess it's time to decide.
