Chapter 6 by Felixfalck Felixfalck

She picks..

The lesser of two evils

David Chestnut:
Style
Intelligence
Agreeableness
Class

Dung Phan:
Style
BM
Class
Language

Picking class from her father was a no-go. The way he dressed, imagining herself in similar clothing made Minh cringe. She was used to her expensive suits and coats, she'd rather be caught dead than wearing denim jeans with checkered shirts tucked in. Yuck. Same goes for his class. David was no stranger to whistling and snapping to get waiters attention, the few times they actually went out to eat. He meant no disrespect, but lacked the awareness to know it was considered rude. Fortunately for him, his naturally charismatic attitude usually made up for it.

On the other hand, Dung was still a massive black hole. With no knowledge what-so-ever there was no safe way to approach. Considering she was fully Vietnamese she'd probably only speak Vietnamese, which obviously eliminated the language option. Minh didn't even know what BM was, so picking that was a huge risk in and of itself. Leaving her with style and class, both options left open thanks to not picking them from her dad instead.

Upon selecting her desired options, or rather, least undesired options, she confirmed. A wave of dizziness washed over her as she felt her mind getting slightly more clouded. She should definitely refrain from picking intelligence again, at least from her dad's side. Minh knew he wasn't the brightest and loathed the idea of sliding down the scale towards her below averagely gifted dad.
Further changed went unnoticed. Unbeknownst to Minh, her sense of fashion had shifted ever so slightly more towards more showy clothes. Her sense of pride was also knocked down a peg. Not caring so much about what people thought of her as previously.

Once all the changed has come to pass Minh sat up straight in her bed and inspected herself carefully, trying to find any hint of what had changed. Satisfied with the results not having any effect on her physical appearance this time she got out of bed and headed for the bathroom. Her daily routine consisted of turning on the shower, letting the water run for a bit as she removed her underwear. As she removed her panties a slight itch around her crotch caught her attention. Usually Minh would ignore itches, knowing full well that they went away on their own. This time however, she decided to scratch that itch. Not thinking anything of her slight change in mannerism, she brought her fingers up to her face and smelled them. This time her change of mannerism was registered.

"Ew, what the hell did I just do!?" She was horrified at her own actions. She'd never do that, even in private. "This must be the class change, somehow". This realization wasn't all negative though, it gave Minh a pointer towards what kind of woman her grandmother was. Her action screamed low-class, it could even be considered somewhat trashy. A picture was immediately painted of a trashy low-class Vietnamese woman. "I ought to be careful with my choices considering my grandmother going forward".

The rest of her morning routine went by fairly uneventful. Minh did have to stop herself from spitting in the shower, though. One thing that went under her radar however was that she'd completely neglected the idea of putting on a fresh pair of underwear, opting from the one she'd worn the day prior. Following her underwear came her usual suite. Today however the went for the more "daring" alternatives. Her top showed showed a little cleavage, very unusual for work attire. She'd wear it at some company events and the occasional date with her husband, but never during a normal workday. Her top wasn't the biggest shocker though. Her suit pants, or lack thereof was the kicker. Minh didn't actually own any skirts, that didn't prevent her from finding a knee length suit skirt. It was tasteful and elegant, but a skirt none the less.

To Minh all of this came as naturally as breathing, completely sliding unnoticed from the generally prim and proper career woman. Fully clothed and roaring to start her first day as CEO Minh left the apartment, wearing slightly taller heals than usual.

What awaits Minh at work?
