Head to the Witch's lair

Kazex left his cave after getting the supplies he thinks he would require and made his way towards the witch's lair. It was an obvious structure being a stone tower on a mountainside a few hours walk from his cave. In truth, Kazex didn't expect to encounter Helga until way later on his quest to create a prosperous goblin tribe. Witches are dangerous individuals and could as easily **** him into servitude if he didn't adequately prepare. That being said, he had always considered Helga as a powerful potential breed ****. So, he intended to take her eventually.

Once near Helga's stone tower, Kazex hid behind a bush and scanned the area. In order to properly see the dangers around him, he pulled a Potion of Detect Magic and Potion of Find Traps from his backpack and drank both. With the effects of the potions enhancing his vision, he was able to see any spell or trap Helga might have set up around the perimeter of her tower. However, to his surprise, he found neither spell nor trap active. "Has the Witch always been this careless?" he asked himself in disbelief. "No, something must have happened."

Kazex snuck cautiously toward an open window, pulled himself up, and peeked inside. Blood and gore were all over the walls, floor, and broken furniture. "Good, perhaps I wouldn't have to worry about a witch after all," he thought to himself. But before he can turn away his large goblin ears picked up the sound of movement inside. Life as a goblin have made him familiar to this type of noise. It was the sound of someone in the middle of their **** throes. This prompted him to scan the area more thoroughly and discovered that a body matching Helga's description was nowhere to be found. "Hmm... Perhaps I should check inside just to make sure the Witch is dead."
