There are two ways this could go

After walking a short distance she arrived at the place where Francis Bedlam, aka the King of Beggars resided. She entered and saw the King of Beggars receiving a tithe as he called it from a very poorly dressed man. His clothes were torn in many places, his pants didn't even reach to the bottom of his legs and he had no shoes on him. Such a petty way to collect money from these people. They lived on the streets with nothing and still had to pay this guy, Triss thought to herself. But, that's how it goes around here. As the poor man turned around to leave, he noticed the fire hair sorceress and slightly bowed his head. He had some years in him, most of his face was covered in a giant gray beard. He walked past her outside and went back to where he was before.

" Miss Merigold. To what do I own the pleasure ? " The bald figure known as King of Beggars, interestingly said while sitting behind his giant desk.

" Bedlam. I came to check if you have any jobs. Money is tight. You know."

" I know... I know. Well. " He looks into his book that was to his right, riffles through some of the pages and then looks back up at her. " I have somethings for you if you are interested. The pay is fine and I don't think any of these should be a problem for you. Well, some have been investigated and it was said there was a monster involved but I doubt it would be a problem for such a sorceress like yourself."

" Tell me about them then."

" In a minute. First, I would have a different proposition for you."

" What kind ? "

" As you know, you magic people have been staying here in the grove and as such, in return, you need to pay me. For protection, a place to stay and I also find places of work for you."

" Where is this going Bedlam ? Are the sorcerers too difficult to manage ? "

" Oh no, not that. But for male sorcerers we find all kinds of manual work and well for the ladies, there has been a lot of talk about them recently. They are craved for something."

" Whoring you mean."

" Miss Merigold." He acts very surprised but Triss knows it's just irony from him." I would not call it that. It's beneficial for both parties involved. They both enjoy the time.
