The boys are taking a gamble

"Well, according to my weather app, we'll be here for a while." Jill sighed as she took off her backpack. "Fortunately, we are very dry and there is still dry and warm straw." Jill fell back into the straw.

Still oblivious to what the boys could see, let alone what was going on in their heads.

"Jill?" Jim suddenly called out, "are you in a game of cards?" "What kind of game?" "We're playing highest card" Rick shouted.

"I don't know. How's that going?" "Well," said Jim, "it's very simple. We all draw a card from the deck. The highest card wins, the lowest loses and pays the winner a coin. An important rule, whoever stops before 5:00 pm loses everything what he lost. If everyone continues playing, everyone gets everything back."
