Maggie canceled out the kissing command

Tanya dodges the kiss. She's shocked that her friend would try to do something like that. "Woah, Mags, I, um, sorry."

Maggie is hurt, embarrassed, and confused. She'd remembered canceling out the kiss command, but she assumed because of the whole, you know, pussy eating thing that Tanya was into her. "But I thought because of what happened in my bedroom that you, you know?"

"What? That I want to kiss girls? God no! I mean, no offense Maggie, I like you as a friend, and, yeah, I admit I love munching your hairy twat, but I'm straight. That kiss at Kyle's was just a phase." Tanya takes her friend's hand as she sees her lower lip start to tremble. "I know it's been crazy between us this week. The whole strip club thing was wild, but that was just for show. I mean, if you ever want to go back and 69 on stage again that's cool with me, but, us, we're, we're just besties. Okay? Fuck, please say it's okay."

A lone tear runs down Maggie's cheek. She's angrier at herself than at Tanya for believing there could be anything more. And once again, her phrasing of "munching your hairy twat" wasn't something Tanya would ever normally say. She doesn't know where it came from but she felt stupid for not realizing earlier that someone must have implanted the command. Maybe it was Kyle playing a prank? She could take advantage of the situation and tell Tanya that she has a crush on her. That she always has. But she doesn't. She's too hurt. She doesn't want to look at her right now. "Please leave," she whispers.

Tanya doesn't need to be told twice. Although the part of her that believes she's best friends with Maggie wants to stay and work through this awkward moment, she can't control her feet. She turns and walks out the door. When she's outside with the door closed behind her she stops. Tanya turns back but is unable to move forward. She releases a soft, sad sigh. She didn't like to see her friend hurting and wished she understood what was going on.

Turning back to the driveway she sees the light on in Maggie's Dad's workshop garage. She wonders if it would be polite to say goodnight.
