A Pair of Panties

Luna raps her wand on Ginny’s forehead, and Ginny snorts awake, “Snor-gh-h-huh? Luna? What-“

But Luna is already done casting the spell, “Muta Ubi!” There is a puff of Blue smoke and a pop, and Ginny lands with a light plop onto her bed covers, now turned completely into a pair of panties.

Luna gently picks up the panties and inspects them. They’re light tan and freckles, just like Ginny, and the top is crested with a vivid orange band which perfectly matches Ginny’s red hair.
