She Misses and Pays for It

Toni had taken her time getting up top and posing, knowing her crowning moment was at hand. She was going to win the title from and completely embarrass Io once and for all. It would be perfect. However, as she flips back, which was impressive to see from her, Io manages to roll out of the way, sending the blonde crashing right down to the mat with a loud thud.

“UGH!” Toni grunts upon the impact, holding her stomach while her exposed behind wobbles and insane amount from the impact. She starts crawling towards the ropes, meanwhile Io seemed to move just out of instinct, barely even stirring as she reaches towards them on her own. The Aussie gets up to her feet first, and scowls back at her hated rival.

“Just stay down already! I own you!” She screams at Shirai, marching her way over while still clearly a bit sore after the missed attack. However, as she goes to pick up Io, the champion manages to reverse, maybe playing up her injuries a bit as she pulls Toni down by the arm and right into a Crossface, to a loud pop from the crowd.

“ARGH! NO!” Toni shrieks, struggling and flailing wildly. However, she quickly begins tapping out once again, making the crowd laugh at her expense. But, because of the fact that she wore some extra ring gear, Toni was still actually in the match. That didn’t mean Io couldn’t wrench back on the submission for all it was worth, making the arrogant Aussie suffer.

“Go mighty night. Say goodbye to your NXT career.” Io snarls into Toni’s ear, the blonde’s flailing and tapping starting to slow as she fades from the pain of the submission. Soon, it looked like she had passed out, and then Shirai breaks the hold, glaring down at the so called ‘Top Star’ of NXT.

“She’s finished!” Io declares, getting a loud pop from the crowd who both desperately wanted to see more of, and desperately wanted to be rid of, Toni Storm. She ducks down and grabs Toni’s top, pulling it off effortlessly and exposing her small white bra. Quickly, Io rolls Toni over, while she may normally go for more, she was exhausted and hurting from what had happened thus far.

3–Kick Out!”

To the crowd’s, and Io’s, disbelief, Toni manages to just get a shoulder up before three, staying in the match. However, Io was in control, and she looked ready to end the NXT Career of her most obnoxious challenger to date.
