Any adult :

Any person over 18 can be affected by your power, no one is safe from you.

Dare :

You can control other through dares. It's kind of your super power, maybe others have super powers, maybe only you in the world have one. But what's certain is, you are the only one to have the power of dares. It works very easily. You dare someone to do something and they will be forced to accomplish it. Which means, that the person will need to be in hearing range and be able to understand you to do what you dare they to do. You don't need anything to bet for the power to work.

Happy to comply :

The person affected by the power will be extremely motivated to accomplish the dare and will work with the best of their capabilities. They won't even notice that they were manipulated and at worst will laugh at how crazy the dare was.

Any witness will react normally to the person doing the dare.
