[GM] - An abandoned camp

The girl sees another clearing ahead of her and sees an abandoned camp tucked away in the treeline. She cautiously approaches but sees quickly that it is long abandoned. The fire hasn’t been lit in days and the only tent seems to have been left behind because of a massive tear in one wall.

‘Probably wasn’t worth repairing.’ She thinks to herself.

Looking at the red dawn light just teasing the horizon, she decides to bed down in the abandoned tent. She’ll sleep during the day and travel by stars at night.

As she settles in, she looks around for some way to free her arms from in front of her. She finds a knife with a curved blade in one of the corners of the tent. She can’t quite angle it to cut her bonds, but as she tries she notices the stamp in the hilt. A circle of chains. In her studies of the outside world, she knows that this means slavers are in the area.

She still sleeps soundly in the shelter of the tent.

Dalisae opens her eyes in the late afternoon light to see a grinning man standing over her. He was trying to unhook a rope from his pack as silently as possible, but, seeing her wake, he abandons that caution for quickness.

GM: What does she want to do. | P: Dive through the gash in the fabric to try to escape. | GM: ok roll Quickness. | P: 18. GM: versus his 12. She’s going to get away but he’s still tracking her.
