Liara cried as she watched Shepard host an arm wrestling tournament. Ashley and Miranda had been added to the room as Brooks laughed. A few rounds later and it came down to Shepard and Ashley. Of course Ashley was still bound naked. “It’s okay,” Ashley said. “Shepard will win. There’s no way I beat Shepard. Not after she beat James’s pull up record. I could only do 100.”

And then all three of them watched as Shepard’s hand hit the table. Their eyes widened. Liara’s eyes widened. She too had thought that Shepard would win. Liara squinted and her jaw locked as she noticed the faint invisible outline. “Kasumi…” Liara muttered. “Of course…”

A few rounds later and Samantha proposed the rules as it came down to EDI vs Shepard to determine the Ultimate Loser. Ashley had already won her way to the top. “EDI could calibrate her strength to give Shepard an edge,” Miranda whispered.

“Yeah, or not,” Ashley hissed. “She can’t possibly know what I… what that thing has planned.”

They watched as EDI easily beat Shepard. Ashley winced as she watched her clone all smug. “Sign this.” Ashley said.

“NO!” All three shouted.

It was too late. They all watched as Shepard signed the holodisk. “Shepard…” Liara cried. “No…”
