Emma isn't alone [Sunday]

The next day you walked into the cafe, confused. You saw Emma sitting with someone else, which confused you more. You walked toward their table to see a small Asian girl, around Emma's age. Just as you were about to say hello, the other girl whisper-yelled at Emma, "you what?!?"

Emma replied, "It's okay Lily! I learned so much from him, and I thought you..."

"Emma, what the fuck? Who is this guy?"

Realizing what was going on, you covered the last steps to the table at a run. As fast as you could get the words out, "waitwaitwaitwait... Lily is it? I think you shouldn't worry about this right now and, I think..." you started before you knew what you were going to say, "you... um... should... be... confident... that... we will... explain all of this... soon." That hurt, but it calmed the situation.

You took a breath. "Emma, I think we should talk outside, and she should wait for us in here. Okay?"

"Yeah, sure."

You took Emma outside the cafe. First things first, "Emma, did you tell anyone else about us?"

"No, just Lily. I was going to tell Jess because she would..."

You cut her off, "I think you shouldn't tell people about the lessons we had. A lot of people won't understand."

"Okay, sorry John."

"Now... what's going on? Who's this girl?"

Emma explained, "that's my friend Lily. I was thinking last night about how much I learned from you, and how she really needs your help too. Her parents are really strict and never let her date, so she is really nervous about dating and sex and stuff."

"O...kay."

"Well, you were so patient with me, and I was hoping that you would be willing to help Lily too. Please? I think it would be really good for her."

You looked over Emma's shoulder through the restaurant window. Lily was cute as hell.

"Wait, how old is Lily?"

"Eighteen. She was in the same class as me."

You couldn't help muttering to yourself, "awesome."

"What?"

"Nothing. Let's go back in."
