"In a nutshell," Cassie replied, smirking confidently.

"And you’re prepared to give up everything for that?" Alfonso inquired. “Family, friends, the superhero gig, all of it?”

"I am," Cassie answered.

Fonzie leaned back against the wall, clearly a bit floored by this. “...Why? Why would you give all of that up for me?”
