I start working the forge and firing it up.

"So, what's your plan?" The other me asks.

"Honestly, no clue. I've always just improvised so I figured I'd do it again. Gotta admit though, this is going to be tough. I've never thought I'd fight someone with who could use Blink and other attack spells." I say through my Spectral Owl and he laughs.

"Yeah, so what do you say we get this done with. Like I said before I want you to win. So if you lose I won't kill you. However you won't be able come back for a few days, and it'll hurt. A lot." He responds and I laugh through my owl. I grab a piece of wood from my material bag and use it as a torch. I stick it in the fire and start burning everything.

"Sorry, but I think I'll stick to my improv." I answer. He sighs and I hear through my owl that he walks away. I hear the creaking of the stairs and smile.

"Then hide and seek it is." He says and I hear him kick a door down. I carefully exit the workshop, that's now engulfed in flames, and start setting everything else on fire. I make my way upstairs right as the other me walks out of my Enchanting Room. He looks at me, holding a torch and the entire first floor set on fire behind me, before speaking. "Well, I did not expect that." He says before sighing and reaching his hand out above him. "But, you should know, this fire can be easily avoided." I feel the mana change like when he cast Annihilation Ray to cut off my arm. Before he can I toss the torch next to him and immediately Blink behind him and take my Cerberus Hammer out of my inventory. I place it in front of his neck and pull. I briefly let go to cast Dark Chains and chain my left shoulder to it to make up for my arm, I also wrap us in the chains. It works as I hoped. His spell stops and he starts ****. The Cerberus Hammer prevents both of us from using spells and all he can do is try to struggle. But since I have my dark claws and the +50 Strength the hammer gives, he can't over power me. He struggles but the fire quickly spreads. The floor starts to shake beneath us.

"You said earlier, that you don't have my Devil powers. So you aren't immune to fire right!" I say as the floor shakes again, this time much more violently. He struggles more and tries to get the hammer away. The floor beneath us gives out and we fall into the burning inferno. To me, it feels nice. It almost feels like a relaxing hot shower or bath, just without the wet feeling.

We land with him on top, making me take the brunt of the fall. He starts shaking, but not like before. I see his white suit burn away and his skin start to burn. I turn away, immediately remembering Falvos charred and burned body and not wanting to see that again. I wait a minute after I feel him stop struggling and look back. I see a new pop up and smile reading it.

I store away my hammer and dispel the chains. I look on my chest and something metallic and store it away. I stand up and walk outside. I see my notification icon is blinking a bright light, just like it did after I beat Zeferon. I open them up and start reading.

I tap on later, knowing the girls will be mad if I don't fill them in. A few more notifications appear afterwards.

Summon Me! Lvl 250, Mythical

This small piece of paper has a very elaborate and advanced magic circle on it. It appears to be drawn in blood. The magic circle will summon ??? When activated. It requires the blood of a REDACTED to be activated.

The other two items, a pair of earrings and something else, can't be Observed. It's not that they're too high of a level. Observe gives me a notification saying it failed. The earrings are what I got from the other me, but I can't tell what the other item is. It's icon is glitched. It keeps changing and is covered in static. One moment it faintly looks like a sword, the next it's clearly a pair of boots before changing into a static covered bow. I can't even take either of them out of my inventory or equip them. I sigh and close my inventory. Well, that's something. It's possible only the REDACTED can Observe or equip them. And to think, I wasn't going to do this. It was close though. If he managed to get away or was immune to fire that would've been it. I didn't have a plan B. Maybe it's time to stop improvising. I can start by thinking of how to deal with the Devils. I think before I stand up and stretching my limbs. I take a look at my destroyed cabin before returning to my body.
