A welcome return

"What are you lot waiting for, Rovni's had a long journey, unload and take her belongings to her quarters, and see to her horses." Came Frine's orders and orcs immediately set to doing as ordered, a few giving a welcoming pat on Rovni's back and a 'welcome home' as they passed her while she made her way to her aunt.

"Aunt Frine, it is good to see a familiar face after so long." Rovni stated coming to a halt in front of the much larger pure orc.

"And it is good to see you return in one piece, I'm sure you've had a long road and have more than a few tales to tell, come inside, you're parents will be glad to see you." Frine replied pulling her niece into a brief embrace before leading her into the great hall.

Entering the building Rovni was met with her old home, hardly changed, a massive long-table in the center of the room, a massive throng at the back carved of stone and many different banners hung from large wooden pillars, her fathers conquests, orcs and servants scattered about many glancing at her either in confusion or recognition.

And atop the massive throne sat her father, a massive mountain of dark green muscle, standing at nearly ten feet tall he was the largest orc Rovni had ever seen, with a long mane of black hair and wearing armor that mixed chains and scaled plates, he said nothing but commanded the room with his presence.

When their eyes locks a look of pride washed across his face and a rare smile appeared on his lips for a brief moment, "Daughter! You return to us!" Came Rovni's father, Ovgar's deep bellowing announcement through the hall.

Standing from his throne he marched towards Rovni who walked forward to meet him, "It has been a while father, I return with good health and wealth." Rovni responded, meeting her farther halfway and being brought into a tight hug for a moment.

Stepping back from each other the father and daughter grinned, "I come with loot, one odd story and many plans, got enough drink to make it through old man?" Rovni asked, her father was blunt and down to business, as pleased as he was to see her return, Rovni knew she needed to be upfront with her current position and what she had planned.

A moment of silence fell between them before a smirk fell on Rovni's fathers face, "Enough to drown us both. Servants! Prepare a feast tonight, we celebrate my daughters safe return!" A cheer echoed through the hall and everyone present burst to life.

"Your mother is in our chambers, I am sure Frine can show you the way, I will be with you soon." Ovgar stated quietly to his daughter before disappearing into the crowd now active throughout the hall.

Frine placed a hand on Rovni's shoulder, "This way, and welcome home." Frine said fondly and led Rovni out in the back of the hall up a flight of stairs.

Rovni steadied herself as they walked, soon she would speak to her father as a upstart chieftess rather than a daughter, and that prospect made Rovni's heart beat the little bit harder.
