Dungeon Dive Part 1

After spending a few minutes debating, the party decided to have two groups of two check the rooms to side, with Yuri the literal odd man out; Lithira and Althana as one team, and Thelsia and Usagi as the other team. Yuri would be on pack detail, just in case. Althana and Lithira would take the left chamber, while Usagi and Thelsia took the left room. Before they made their way to check the chambers, Althana reached into her bag and pulled out a small collection of vials with different colored liquids, then gave two to her fellow inspectors. telling them, she was giving them the vials, “Just in case…”

The room Lithira and Althana inspected was pretty empty; they only saw some piles of dust and cobwebs in the chamber. At least at first glance, the two entered the chamber and looked around a bit, checking for hidden and secret features. After a few moments of moving about the chamber, all they were left with were dusty footwear and gloves. There were no apparent doors, as far as they could tell. The two exited the chamber and grabbed their bags, only to suddenly pop into a random chamber of the dungeon after securing the bags in their grasp; they assumed it was on the first five floors but didn’t know for sure.

While Lithira and Althana were doing all that, Thelsia and Usagi checked their designated room. The chamber was noticeably devoid of anything worthwhile; both doubted the busted-up dresser in the corner was worthwhile, at least it looked like one. They left the room after inspecting it a few minutes to make sure there weren’t hidden or secret surprises and returned to grab their bags; the moment they had firm grips on their bags, they suddenly popped into a random chamber that was hopefully not somewhere on the first five floors.

Yuri blinked a few times before giving an annoyed sigh and grabbing his bag before heading off through the third doorway. He just hoped he found the rest of the party quickly and didn’t run into anything that was a threat he was unable to handle.
