The park

Lauren had chosen a large park. She'd been here a week ago to scout it out: the park had many areas of trees and nature, so she could hide if anyone was going to catch her. She chose the jogging bath which meandered through the woods: it seemed largely unused, and on her first visit she didn't' see anyone there at all.

So, Lauren locked her car and started down the jogging trail. Her heart was pounding in her chest. Was she really going to do this? She entered a private, secluded turn on the path. She looked both ways and listened carefully. Nobody seemed to be around. It was now or never!
