After the Reaper War

Liara couldn’t believe she had found Shepard again after 2 years searching. She had almost given up but she let herself go on a hunch that Jane was still alive. They had already had the conversation before the battle. Jane gave her explicit instructions. “Find my body, Liara. If something happens, I want you to know. You have my permission this time. I want to be with you. I want to love you. So do what needs to be done. And bring me back to you.”

Liara felt guilty the first time but knowing this was Shepard’s wish, that reassured her and gave her the purpose she needed. So she found Shepard’s body, and she worked with Miranda once again to bring her back to life. It had finally happened. Shepard was alive once again.
