Another Dungon

I finish helping Luna and Asami set up their phones. They each add my number and I add theirs.

"Eric, stay here!" Luna says jumping out of her seat on the couch. She disappears, entering my Domain and Asami starts to giggle. A few seconds later my phone starts ringing and I see it's Luna. I answer it and immediately hear her. "ERIC! CAN YOU HEAR ME?" She shouts into her phone.

"Yes, and you don't need to yell." I say laughing.

"Oh sorry. But it works!" I hear her start celebrating and cheering.

"Luna come on back, kay?" She appears back in front of me.

"Okay!" She says both through the phone and to me. I hang up and she pouts. "Hey! I wasn't done yet."

"Sorry." I reply and chuckle. "Anyway, Asami, Luna I'm going to be heading out for a bit."

"Why? What are you going to do?" Asami asks.

"Well I'm going to clear out some Dungeons. The Domain is nice and all but if we're going to get more guild members I'd like to not make them all Citizens so I need going to get some cash from the Dungeons. That way I can buy a building to make turn into the guilds HQ." I say and Asami nods.

"Good, I learned from Sugano that the Blue Locus and Silver Garden guilds have a joint guild hall here temporarily for the Katorg investigation. I was trying to figure out a way to ask you to get one." Asami answers smiling and resting her head on my shoulder. "And don't do anything stupid, remember to run if you need to." I pet her and thank her when Luna jumps on my other side.

"Can I come? I'm strong remember!" She says and I start petting her head.

"Sorry no, but I do have something for you to do. I texted Myla last night and asked her if you could join her training. I want you to go and train with her today." She starts pouting and I continue before she can complain. "Don't worry Luna, you can come with me next time. You are strong but there's two things you need first. The first is practice, you haven't fought anyone else other than me right?" She nods while pouting. " the second is magic."

"No magics!" She says immediately while growling.

"Luna." I say gently. "Your a beast man. You can use Beast Magic which I think will suit you." She looks at me confused and not growling anymore, but still baring her fangs. "Beast Magic is a school of magic that only beast man like you can use, well I can to but that's beside the point. This magic specializes in close quarter combat. An example is one spell that enhances you strength and speed. If you learn this you'll be much stronger in battle."

"W-will it help you?" She asks looking up at me.

"Of course. But it's your decision. How about you ask Myla about it and she'll tell you more than I can. Think about it for me and decide if you want it."

"W-will you be disappointed if i don't?"

"Of course not." I say pulling her closer. "Nothing you do will ever disappoint me." She smiles and starts licking my face. "Hey Luna, come on cut it out." I pull her off and Asami giggles. "Okay I'm going to head out, be good okay. I'll text when I think I'll be back." The two nod and I leave to my Domain. Before heading out I use 10 of my wood to Craft a drying rack. I place my 50 of my Fishman meat on it to slowly turn into jerky. Then I enter the one of the Fishman Dungeons I made before. I quickly fight off the Fishman with my Thunder enhanced katana dealing at least 321 rounded up on hit, letting me two shot each of them. After slaying 10 Fishman and getting 4000 Exp, 2382$ and 50 more meat I find the boss and Observe it.

I smile quickly doing the math and learning I'll three shot it, two if I get a sneak attack first. The Chieftain is holding a spear and has crude metallic armor. I decide to charge it and quickly swing at it twice, with it blocking the first one.

It cries out as it's blood splatters the water around us. It charges me and I easily dodge it and cut through its leg.

My blade stops on the bone and I quickly cast Blink and teleport back to avoid the spear. I quickly cast Thunder at it while it pulls its spear out of the ground.

I use Observe on the ring and seeing got a second spear from the Chieftain.

Ring of Brawn Lvl 20, Epic

This ring is made of silver and has a small flat red gem embedded into it. Passively gives +7 STR and +20 damage to all melee attacks made with fists, claws or gauntlets.

I get disappointed reading this description and think of selling it when I remember Luna would like it. She's going to fight mostly melee and I doubt she'll use a sword. Just in case I text her to practice fighting with her claws, fists or some gauntlets. She responds instantly saying she will. I exit start wondering around looking for resources to harvest and go back to the others I marked on my map. After an hour and a half I cut down seven trees getting 140 wood and 35 magic wood and five rocks getting 105 stone and 20 magic stone. I cast Exit Dungeon and check my notifications.

Thunder now deals 45% Intelligence as damage.

Thunder Lvl 8 (MAX)

Thunder now adds 25% of your Intelligence to weapons.

Harvest Lvl 3

Harvest now makes it easier to harvest resources (skill lvl × 10%) and marks resource nodes on your map.

SIXTY SECONDS!? Okay think, what should I level up, maybe something I use often, okay yeah. I'll level up my Ancient Beast Slash and Ancient Beastial Strength since they both are costly and seem to level up slowly.

Ancient Beastial Strength Lvl 3

Ancient Beastial Strength now adds more Strength (STR × 0.7) and Agility (AGI × 0.7).

Ancient Beast Slash Lvl 3

Ancient Beast Slash deals more damage (STR × 7).

I smile and do the math. If I have Dark Claws out That'll add 25% of my Intelligence as Strength, with the boost of Ancient Beastial Strength the slash will now do... 1295! Holy shit, and with my mana capacity I can cast it 5 times! Even if I cast Ancient Beast Strength, and I'll have 5 MP left. I chuckle to myself and check the time seeing I have just long enough for one more Dungeon.
